Przedmiotem wynalazku jest aparatura do kontrolijakosci cieklego metalu, przeznaczona do kontroli i oceny jakosci cieklego metalu przy produkcji odlewów, zwlaszcza ze stopów zelaza z weglem.Znana z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 106652 aparatura do kontroli jakosci cieklego metalu sklada sie z tygla z masy rdzeniowej z zamocowana w jego dnie wysokoczula wkladka pomiarowa. Wkladka zlozona jest z termoelementu o miniaturowej srednicy, przeznaczonego do jednorazowego uzytku, umieszczonego wewnatrz kapilary kwarcowej, podtrzymywanej przez korpus polikapramidowy. Korpus usytuowany jest w obudowie ceramicznej, wypelnionej zarood¬ pornym spoiwem ceramicznym. Konce termoelementu wyprowadzone sa za pomoca przewodów kompensacyjnych na zewnatrz wkladki pomiarowej i polaczone sa z urzadzeniem o czulym zapisie, korzystnie magnetycznym, które rejestruje przebieg krzywej stygniecia metalu. The apparatus for controlling the quality of liquid metal, known from the Polish patent description No. 106652, consists of a crucible made of a core mass with an attached in its bottom a highly sensitive measuring insert. The insert consists of a miniature thermocouple, intended for single use, placed inside a quartz capillary and supported by a polycapramide body. The body is situated in a ceramic housing filled with a corrosion-resistant ceramic binder. The ends of the thermocouple are led out by means of compensation wires to the outside of the measuring insert and are connected with a device with sensitive recording, preferably magnetic, which records the course of the metal cooling curve. The main disadvantage of the above-mentioned apparatus is that the thermocouple is worn out after each measurement and is not suitable for re-use. The apparatus for controlling the quality of liquid metal, according to the invention, is a container that has two chambers: a pouring chamber and a measuring chamber, connected to each other by an infusion slotted. In the vertical axis of the measuring chamber there is a thermocouple at such a height that its measuring junction is 20-30 mm from the bottom of the chamber. The thermocouple is connected in a known manner with a recording-compensating device. The apparatus, according to the invention, makes it possible to control the quality of the liquid metal and to control the chemical composition of the entire range of iron-carbon alloys, even at a slight overheating. Due to the use of a two-chamber container with a slotted connection of the chambers, it can be poured with liquid metal quickly and conveniently. Moreover, the thermocouple can be reused after each measurement. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an example in the drawing which shows the container with the thermocouple in a vertical section. The apparatus for checking the quality of liquid metal consists of a container 1 made of a core mass.
