Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z dwoma kloszami, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia lampe wiszaca z trzema kloszami. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) lampa wiszaca z dwoma kloszami - fig. 1, 2) lampa wiszaca z trzema kloszami - fig.2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1, tj. lampy wiszacej z dwoma kloszami - jest to, ze: — kazdy z jej dwóch kloszy otwarty jest od spodu, a jego przekrój przypomina w ksztalcie lezke, — nad kazdym kloszem, w jego górnej czesci umieszczony zostal metalowy, element, przypominajacy niski walec, — kazdy z tych walcowatych elementów polaczony jest z jednym, metalowym, zasadniczo poziomo ulozonym i fantazyjnie wygietym pretem, — prety, jednym koncem wprowadzono w kolejny metalowy, centralny element, który umieszczony jest w górnej czesci lampy, przy czym — górny element ma ksztalt niskiego walca podczepionego do wiekszego od niego srednica, kolejnego niskiego walca. Cecha istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.2, tj. lampy wiszacej z trzema kloszami - jest to, ze: — kazdy z jej trzech kloszy otwarty jest od spodu, a jego przekrój przypomina w ksztalcie lezke, — nad kazdym kloszem, w jego górnej czesci umieszczony zostal metalowy, element, przypominajacy niski walec,2 — kazdy z dwóch walcowatych elementów, umieszczonych nad skrajnymi kloszami, polaczony jest z jednym, metalowym, zasadniczo poziomo ulozonym i fantazyjnie wygietym pretem, — prety, jednym koncem wprowadzono w kolejny metalowy, centralny element, który umieszczony jest w górnej czesci lampy, przy czym — górny element ma ksztalt niskiego walca podczepionego do wiekszego od niego srednica, kolejnego niskiego walca, — trzeci z walcowatych elementów, umieszczony nad srodkowym kloszem, polaczony jest bezposrednio z centralnym elementem w górnej czesci lampy.- 3 - Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLSet of Lamps The industrial design is for a set of lighting lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in the following illustrations: Fig. 1 shows a hanging lamp with two lampshades, and Fig. 2 shows a hanging lamp with three lampshades. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a hanging lamp with two lampshades, is that: — each of its two lampshades is open at the bottom and its cross-section resembles a teardrop, — above each lampshade, in its upper part, a metal element resembling a low cylinder is placed, — each of these cylindrical elements is connected to one metal rod, generally horizontally arranged and fancifully curved, — the rods are inserted at one end into another metal, central element, which is placed in the upper part of the lamp, wherein — the upper element has the shape of a low cylinder attached to another low cylinder, larger in diameter. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a hanging lamp with three lampshades, is that: — each of its three lampshades is open at the bottom and its cross-section resembles a teardrop, — above each lampshade, in its upper part, a metal element resembling a low cylinder is placed,2 — each of the two cylindrical elements placed above the outer lampshades is connected to one metal, generally horizontally arranged and fancifully curved rod, — the rods are inserted at one end into another metal, central element placed in the upper part of the lamp, wherein — the upper element has the shape of a low cylinder attached to another low cylinder of larger diameter, — the third of the cylindrical elements, placed above the central lampshade, is connected directly to the central element in the upper part of the lamp.- 3 - Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL
