Stosowane do wytwarzania tworzy fosfogipsowych spoiwa otrzymywane przez przeróbke termiczne fosfogipsu stanowiecego odpad przemyslowy z produkcji kwasu fosforowego z fosforanów metode dwuhydryto- wa9 zawieraje zwykle siarczan sodowy. Celem wynalazku bylo opracowanie sposobu umozliwiajacego otrzymywanie tworzyw fosfogipsowych nie wykazujecych sklonnosci do eflorescencji, a zatem bardziej trwalych i o wiekszym zakresie przydatnosci w budownictwie. Previous methods of obtaining phosphogypsum materials gave products very susceptible to the phenomenon of fluorescence, the cause of which is the presence of soluble inorganic salts in building materials. Eflorescence may occur already in the final stage of the production of foamed plastics during their drying * This phenomenon occurs particularly clearly in the case of drying out of elements subject to high moisture *, for example in the event of a failure in the water or heating network of the building. As the elements dry out, the soluble salt carried by the evaporating water to the surface of the products, crystallizes, reducing the technical quality of the material. The phosphogypsum materials are usually obtained by making the water of phosphogypsum binders with the optional addition of organic or inorganic fillers. The binders used for the production of phosphogypsum binders obtained by thermal processing of phosphogypsum, which are industrial waste from the production of phosphoric acid from phosphates by the dihydrite method9, usually contain sodium sulphate. Therefore, these wastes are subjected to various modifications before thermal treatment to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of eflorescence in the products made of them. The most common method of washing phosphogypsum waste does not reduce the phenomenon of eflorescence. Also known from the Polish patent description No. 90 961, the method consisting in introducing a mixture of halogen ions in the form of alkaline earth metal and / or aluminum salts into the phosphogypsum is not effective in removing the phenomenon of eflorescence. The aim of the invention was to develop a method enabling the production of phosphogypsum materials that do not show tendencies to eflorescence, and therefore more durable and with a greater range of usefulness in construction. It turned out unexpectedly that if in the process of producing phosphogypsum materials for the phosphogypsum binder and / or for the batch water, as additives reducing the fluorescence, one introduces individually or in a mixture of 0.5 - 3% by weight in relation to the weight of the binder of sulphonated polycondensation resins and silicon salts organic and inorganic metals of Group I of the Periodic Table and / or water-soluble salts of Group II metals of the Periodic Table, a phosphogypsum material is obtained that is less prone to fluorescence. As sulfonated polycondensation resins, it is preferable to use sulfonated urea or melamine resins. As metal salts of group I of the periodic table, potassium silicate or silicate may be used, and as soluble metal salts of group II of the periodic table, it is preferable to use zinc acetate * The method according to the invention is explained in more detail. in the non-limiting examples of its application * Example I * To 100 kg of phosphogypsum binder, obtained by calcination at 220 ° C of phosphogypsum, which is industrial waste from the production of phosphoric acid from phosphates by the dihydrate method, 2 kg of powdered sulphonated melamine resin * The obtained mixture was then added to the mixing water containing 1.5 kg of a 20% aqueous solution of potassium silicate * The whole was thoroughly mixed and the resulting slurry was prepared into shapes, characterized by a complete lack of any tendency to fluorescence after hardening and a much lower sensitivity Compared to known products * Example II * 1 kg of zinc acetate and 1.5 kg of a 20% aqueous solution of potassium silicate are added to the batch water * After the added ingredients have been thoroughly dispersed in the water, 100 kg of phosphogypsum binder prepared as in Example I are poured. * The whole was mixed quickly * The hardened phosphogypsum material had no tendency to efflorescence and is less sensitive to the action of water than known plastics * Example III * 100 kg of phosphogypsum binder, prepared as in Example I, was mixed with 3 kg of sulphonated melamine resin in the form of * The mixture was then poured into the mixing water * The phosphogypsum material obtained after hardening did not show a tendency to form efflorescence and is characterized by better workability, higher compressive strength and greater water resistance compared to known phosphogypsum materials. Example IV, Binder 100 kg of phosphogypsum, obtained as in Example 1, were introduced into the mixing water j previously mixed with 2 kg of sulphonated urea resin * The obtained slurry is characterized by better workability, and the material obtained after hardening shows less absorbency and improved water resistance compared to known plastics * i Patent claims 1 * Method for obtaining building phosphogypsum based on the preparation of a slurry from a phosphogypsum binder obtained by heat treatment of phosphogypsum, mixing water, additives reducing fluorescence and possibly fillers, characterized in that sulfonated polycondensation resins, silicon organic and inorganic salts of metals of the 1st group of the periodic table, soluble in in water, metal salts of group II of the periodic table in the amount of 0.5 - 3% by weight in relation to the weight of the phosphogypsum binder, these additives being added individually or in a mixture to the phosphogypsum binder and / or to the mixing water. * l, characterized by that the sulfonated polycondensation resins are sulfonated urea or melamine resins * 3 * The method according to claim * 1, characterized in that the metal salts of group I of the periodic table are potassium silicate * 4 * The method according to claim * 1, characterized in that soluble metal salts of group II of the periodic table are used zinc acetate * Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL.
