Kubek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 3 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kubek, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia .kubek w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - kubek w rzucie pionowym, fig.3 - podstawe kubka. Kubek wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt odwróconej, scietej plaszczyzna podstawy, kopulki. Podstawa ma ksztalt osmiokata foremnego o scietych wierzcholkach. Dno kubka jest wytloczone do góry w ten sposób, ze z podlozem styka sie tylko pierscien o brzegu zewnetrznym pokrywajacym sie z brzegiem podstawy, a wewnetrznym w ksztalcie kola. Na powierzchni sciany bocznej kubka, od kazdego z osmiu boków podstawy, wytloczone sa ozdobne krawedzie w ksztalcie polówek elipsy, przy czym z bokami podstawy kubka pokrywa sie os mala elipsy, zas wierzcholek przy osi wielkiej polozony jest na wysokosci okolo1/3 wysokosci kubka. Powierzchnia boczna kubka przy górnej krawedzi przechodzi w pierscien zwienczony kolnierzem. Kubek jest wykonany w dowolnym kolorze. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mug in perspective, Fig. 2 - the mug in vertical projection, and Fig. 3 - the base of the mug. According to the design, the mug has the shape of an inverted dome, truncated by the base plane. The base is in the shape of a regular octagon with truncated vertices. The bottom of the mug is embossed upwards so that only a ring contacts the ground, with its outer edge matching the edge of the base and its inner edge being circular. On the side surface of the mug, on each of the eight sides of the base, decorative edges are embossed in the shape of half-ellipses. The minor axis of the ellipse coincides with the sides of the mug's base, while the apex at the major axis is located at a height of approximately one-third of the mug's height. The side surface of the mug merges at the top edge into a ring topped with a collar. The mug is available in any color. PL PL PL
