Pojemnik szesciokatny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 3 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik szesciokatny, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma podstawe w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Dno pojemnika jest lekko wypchniete ku górze tak, ze z podlozem styka sie tylko szesciokatny pierscien. Scianki boczne pojemnika maja ksztalt trapezów równoramiennych o dolnej podstawie nieznacznie krótszej od podstawy górnej, przy czymkrawedzie miedzy sciankami sawyoblone. Wlot pojemnika wykonczony jest podwójnym kolnierzem, na którym umieszczony jest dopasowany ksztaltem dekiel. Brzeg dekla na kazdym ze swych boków ma od wewnetrznej strony po dwa wytloczenia pelniace role zacisków. Jeden z boków wieczka stanowi jednoczesnie przeciwprostokatna trójkatnego „jezyczka", ulatwiajacego otworzenie pojemnika. Na powierzchni „jezyczka" wytloczone sa drobne kwadraciki, ulozone w ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego. PL PL PLHexagonal Container The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since July 3, 2000. The design is based on a hexagonal container intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing. The container, according to the ornamental design, has a base in the shape of a regular hexagon with rounded corners. The bottom of the container is slightly pushed upwards so that only the hexagonal ring contacts the ground. The side walls of the container are in the shape of isosceles trapezoids, with the lower base slightly shorter than the upper base, and the edges between the walls are rounded. The container's mouth is finished with a double flange, on which a matching lid is placed. The edge of the lid has two embossed inner edges on each side, acting as clamps. One side of the lid also serves as the hypotenuse of a triangular "tongue" that facilitates opening the container. Small squares are embossed on the surface of the "tongue," arranged in the shape of a right-angled triangle. PL PL PL
