Zestaw mebli skrzyniowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza: dwie waskie witryny i, usytuowany pomiedzy nimi, stolik RTV z nadstawka. Pierwsza z witryn zestawu wedlug wzoru to wydluzona szafka z pólkami zamknieta jednoskrzydlowymi drzwiami, które stanowi szyba umieszczona w listwowej ramie, natomiast druga witryna sklada sie z trzech czesci: jednodrzwiowej szafki z pólkami - zamknietej, równiez, jednoskrzydlo- wymi, przeszklonymi drzwiami i, ponadto, z szuflady i jednodrzwiowej szafki, przy czym szuflada usytuowana jest pomiedzy jednodrzwiowymi szafkami. Dolna czesc stolika RTV stanowi szafka-podstawa podzielona pionowo na trzy, identyczne czesci, z których kazda zawiera w dolnej czesci szuflade, a w górnej - skrzyniowa wneke. Górne zwienczenie nadstawki stolika RTV stanowi szafka podzielona pionowo na trzy czesci, przy czym jej czesci zewnetrzne stanowia szafki jednodrzwiowe z przeszklonymi drzwiami, a czesc wewnetrzna - wneka skrzyniowa przedzielona poziomo usytuowana pólka. Pod jedna z górnych szafeknadstawki znajduje sie lacznik w postaci plyty z pólkami, siegajacej do blatu szafki - podstawy stolika RTV. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia zestaw w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Gabaryty obu witryn stanowiacych zewnetrzne czesci zestawu wedlug wzoru sa identyczne, przy czy wysokosci witryn zdecydowanie przewyzszaja wysokosc stolika RTV z nadstawka. - Jednoskrzydlowe drzwi obu witryn i jednodrzwiowe drzwi szafek nadstawki stolika RTV maja postac szyb umieszczonych w szerokich, listwowych ramach. - Glebokosc górnej czesci szafki nadstawki stolika RTV jest nieco mniejsza od glebokosci obu witryn, przy czym glebokosc szafki - podstawy stolika RTV jest wieksza od glebokosci obu witryn. - Szerokosc obu witryn jest nieco mniejsza od szerokosci szuflad szafki - podstawy stolika RTV i szerokosci jednodrzwiowych szafek nadstawki stolika RTV. - Poziome plyty pólek lacznika stolika RTV przestaja nieco poza obrys plyty lacznika. 2- Listwy stanowiace obramowania szyb drzwi witryn i drzwi szafek nadstawki stolika RTV, czolowa sciana drzwi jednodrzwiowej szafki jednej z witryn oraz lica wszystkich szuflad mebli zestawu wybarwione sa kontrastowo w stosunku do koloru pozostalych elementów mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru ( rys.). 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a set of cabinet furniture, consisting of two narrow display cabinets and a TV stand with a top unit located between them. The first display cabinet in the set, as designed, is an elongated cabinet with shelves closed by a single-leaf door, made of glass placed in a slatted frame. The second display cabinet consists of three parts: a single-door cabinet with shelves, also closed by a single-leaf glass door, and, in addition, a drawer and a single-door cabinet, with the drawer located between the single-door cabinets. The lower section of the TV stand is a base cabinet divided vertically into three identical sections, each containing a drawer in the lower section and a cabinet-like recess in the upper section. The upper part of the TV stand extension is a cabinet divided vertically into three parts, with the outer parts being single-door cabinets with glass doors, and the inner part being a box-like recess divided horizontally by a shelf. Under one of the upper cabinets of the extension is a connecting plate with shelves, extending to the top of the cabinet – the base of the TV stand. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the set in an overall view. Essential features of the industrial design: The dimensions of both display cabinets constituting the outer parts of the set according to the design are identical, but the heights of the display cabinets significantly exceed the height of the TV stand with the extension. The single-leaf doors of both display cabinets and the single-door doors of the TV stand extension cabinets are in the form of glass panels set in wide, slatted frames. - The depth of the upper part of the TV stand extension cabinet is slightly less than the depth of both display cabinets, while the depth of the TV stand base cabinet is greater than the depth of both display cabinets. - The width of both display cabinets is slightly less than the width of the drawers of the TV stand base cabinet and the width of the single-door cabinets of the TV stand extension. - The horizontal shelf boards of the TV stand connector protrude slightly beyond the outline of the connector board. 2- The strips framing the glass doors of the display cabinets and the doors of the TV stand extension cabinets, the front wall of the single-door cabinet door of one of the display cabinets, and the faces of all drawers in the furniture set are colored in a contrasting color to the other furniture elements in the set, according to the pattern (fig.). 3 PL PL
