ROWER WODNY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rower wodny. Jako jednostka plywajaca moze byc wykorzystywana w celach sportowo-rekreacyjnych na akwenach wodnych. Rower wodny wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór roweru wodnego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rower wodny w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przedstawia rower wodny w widoku z boku, a fig.3 widok deski rozdzielczej roweru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Rower wodny odznacza sie oryginalna budowa, charakteryzujaca sie tym, ze ma postac samochodu,- 2 - kabrioleta przypominajacy model samochodu VW New Beetle. Rower wodny ma nadwozie z wyraznie zaznaczona oplywowa maska, nadkolami kól przednich, bokiem i nadkolami kól tylnych. Maska nadwozia z przodu otoczona jest blotnikami, które przechodza na nadkola samochodu, wzdluz boku i na nadkola tylne. Blotniki sa w kontrastowym kolorze do nadwozia. Z przody na blotnikach zaznaczone sa swiatla. Na masce umieszczone sa nawiewniki, przy czym lewy nawiewnik jest od strony kabiny deska rozdzielcza z zegarami, do której zamocowana jest kierownica. W kabinie, na masce rozdzielajacej kierowce od pasazera znajduja sie wglebienia na przedmioty np. butelki, kubki, aby nie spadly podczas plyniecia po wodzie. Maska zakonczona jest rama w ksztalcie szyby samochodowej. Samochód posiada 4 kola, a w kabinie umieszczone sa fotele w ksztalcie zaokraglonej scietej góry. As a watercraft, it can be used for sports and recreational purposes on bodies of water. The water bike is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The design of the water bike is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the water bike in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the water bike in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the dashboard of the bike. The essential features of the industrial design: the water bike are distinguished by its original design, characterized by its car-like shape, 2 - a convertible resembling a VW New Beetle model. The water bike has a body with a clearly defined, streamlined hood, front wheel arches, side, and rear wheel arches. The hood is surrounded by fenders at the front, which extend onto the car's wheel arches, along the side, and onto the rear wheel arches. The fenders are in a contrasting color to the body. At the front, lights are marked on the fenders. Air vents are located on the hood, with the left vent on the cabin side serving as the dashboard with dials, to which the steering wheel is attached. In the cabin, on the hood separating the driver from the passenger, there are recesses for items such as bottles and cups to prevent them from falling while floating. The hood ends with a frame shaped like a car window. The car has four wheels, and the cabin has seats in the shape of a rounded, truncated mountain.
