Zestaw mebli lazienkowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli lazienkowych przeznaczony do instalowania w lazience, zwlaszcza w budynkach mieszkalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na nastepujacych ilustracjach: 1) na Fig. 1 w postaci fotografii pokazany jest zestaw mebli lazienkowych skladajacy sie z osmiu czesci, 2) na fig. 2 w postaci rysunku przedstawione jest bardziej szczególowo uformowanie bocznych krawedzi kazdego z czesci zestawu, na przykladzie uformowania tych krawedzi w kontenerze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zestawu mebli lazienkowych, sklada sie z osmiu czesci. Fotografia mebli lazienkowych na Fig. 1 pokazuje usytuowanie tych osmiu czesci w zestawie mebli lazienkowych, które polega na tym, ze lustro wiszace zawieszone jest nad stolikiem i jego lewa krawedz jest w tej samej linii co lewa krawedz stolika. P od stolikiem umieszczony jest stoliczek i kontener, a nad stolikiem w tej samej linii, co jego prawa krawedz, zawieszona jest pólka mala, a pod nia wiszaca pólka duza. P o prawej stronie stolika, przylegajac do niego, zawieszona jest wiszaca szafa lazienkowa, a na tym samym poziomie, jak blat stolika, zawieszona jest po prawej stronie wiszacej szafy lazienkowej, szafka wiszaca. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja przedmiotowy wzór przemyslowy i stanowia podstawe do jego identyfikacji, znamienne sa tym, ze: 1) zestaw mebli lazienkowych sklada sie maksymalnie z osmiu czesci takich jak, wiszace lustro, stolik do zabudowy na nim umywalki, stoliczek, kontener, wiszaca pólki mala, wiszaca pólka duza, wiszacej szafa lazienkowa i wiszaca szafka, 2) wymiar dlugosci czterech czesci zestawu meblowego takich jak, wisza- ca pólka mala, wiszaca pólka duza, kontener i wiszaca szafa lazienkowa, jest identyczny,2 3) wymiar szerokosci czterech czesci zestawu meblowego takich, jak sto- lik, stoliczek, kontener i szafka wiszaca jest identyczny, 4) w kazdej czesci zestawu meblowego boczne krawedzie plyty górnej i dolnej maja identyczne uformowanie, które uksztaltowane jest po luku kolistym o promieniu R 28 cm, 5) czesc zestawu, który stanowi lustro ma wylacznie rame w czesci górnej i dolnej, 6) czesc zestawu, który stanowi stolik ma blat uformowany w postaci wy- dluzonego prostokata z nogami uformowanymi na skraju w postaci wy- dluzonych prostokatów o tej samej szerokosci, co blat, 7) czesc zestawu, który stanowi wiszaca pólka mala ma postac zlozona z czterech prostokatnych plyt wzajemnie polaczonych krótszymi bokami, 8) czesc zestawu, który stanowi wiszaca pólka duza ma postac zlozona z czterech prostokatnych plyt wzajemnie polaczonych krótszymi bokami, wewnatrz której usytuowana jest pólka, 9) czesc zestawu, który stanowi stoliczek ma blat uformowany w postaci wydluzonego prostokata z nogami uformowanymi na skraju w postaci prostokatów o tej samej szerokosci, co blat, przy czym od czola usytu- owana na calej dlugosci listwa wzmacniajaca, 10) czesc zestawu, która stanowi kontener ma postac prostopadloscianu z dwoma wysuwanym szufladami, z których dolna ma dwukrotnie wiekszy gabaryt od górnej, 11) czesc zestawu, który stanowi szafa wiszaca, zawiera w czesci górnej schowek z drzwiczkami, usytuowana pod nim pólka i dwoma szufla- dami, a pod nimi schowek z drzwiczkami otwieranymi uchylnie w czesci dolnej. 12) czesc zestawu, który stanowi szafka wiszaca ma postac prostopadlo- scianu, zawierajacego w wnetrzu pólke oraz pod nia szuflade.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 2 PL PLBathroom Furniture Set The subject of the industrial design is a set of bathroom furniture intended for installation in a bathroom, particularly in residential buildings. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the following illustrations: 1) Fig. 1 shows a photograph of a bathroom furniture set consisting of eight pieces; 2) Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the forming of the side edges of each piece in more detail, using an example of how these edges are formed in a container. The subject of the industrial design, in the form of a set of bathroom furniture, consists of eight pieces. The photograph of the bathroom furniture in Fig. 1 shows the arrangement of these eight pieces in the bathroom furniture set, which consists of a hanging mirror suspended above a table, its left edge aligned with the left edge of the table. A small table and a pedestal are placed beneath the table. A small shelf hangs above the table, flush with its right edge, and a large hanging shelf hangs below it. A wall-hung bathroom cabinet hangs adjacent to the table's right side, while a wall-hung bathroom cabinet hangs flush with the table's top, to the right of the wall-hung bathroom cabinet. The essential features of the industrial design that distinguish the industrial design in question and constitute the basis for its identification are that: 1) the bathroom furniture set consists of a maximum of eight parts, such as a hanging mirror, a table for mounting a washbasin on it, a small table, a container, a small hanging shelf, a large hanging shelf, a hanging bathroom wardrobe and a hanging cabinet, 2) the length of four parts of the furniture set, such as a small hanging shelf, a large hanging shelf, a container and a hanging bathroom wardrobe, is identical, 2 3) the width of four parts of the furniture set, such as a table, a small table, a container and a hanging cabinet is identical, 4) in each part of the furniture set the side edges of the top and bottom panels have an identical form, which is shaped in a circular arc with a radius R of 28 cm, 5) the part of the set which is a mirror has only a frame in the upper and lower parts, 6) the part of the set which is a table has a top in the form of an elongated rectangle with legs formed at the edge in the form of elongated rectangles of the same width as the top, 7) the part of the set which is a small hanging shelf is composed of four rectangular boards interconnected by their shorter sides, 8) the part of the set which is a large hanging shelf is composed of four rectangular boards interconnected by their shorter sides, inside which a shelf is situated, 9) the part of the set which is a small table has a top in the form of an elongated rectangle with legs formed at the edge in the form of rectangles of the same width as the top, while from the front it is situated on the entire long reinforcing strip, 10) the container part of the set is in the form of a cuboid with two pull-out drawers, the lower one of which is twice as large as the upper one, 11) the wall-hung wardrobe part of the set contains a compartment with a door in the upper part, a shelf and two drawers underneath, and below them a compartment with a hinged door in the lower part. 12) the wall-hung cabinet part of the set is in the form of a cuboid with a shelf inside and a drawer underneath.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 2 PL PL
