Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego, zóltego i rózowego lub czerwonego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek, gdzie z bialej szerokiej, lekko pólokraglej szyny wychodzi piec elementów trzykolorowych. trzy elementy biale, jeden czerwony i jeden zólty. Dwa elementy biale z oprawionymi kamieniami po wyjsciu z szyny rozchodza sie, a nastepnie na szczycie pierscionka krzyzuja i ponownie schodza do szyny tworzace ksztalt wydluzonej ósemki. Trzeci gladki pólokragly element wyprowadzono z lewej strony pierscionka, z miejsca schodzenia sie przy szynie dwóch elementów z kamieniami i poprowadzono lukiem ku górze pod elementem bialym z kamieniami. Z tej strony pierscionka z prawego skraju szyny wychodzi element zólty, który lukiem ku górze przechodzi pod bialym elementem gladkim i bialym elementem z kamieniami i wchodzi w szyne po drugiej stronie pierscionka pomiedzy elementy biale z kamieniami. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white, yellow, rose, or red gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a ring in which five three-color elements emerge from a wide, slightly semicircular white band: three white elements, one red, and one yellow. The two white elements with set stones emerge from the rail, then cross at the top of the ring and return to the rail, creating an elongated figure eight shape. A third, smooth, semicircular element is led from the left side of the ring, where the two stone elements meet at the rail, and runs in an upward arc under the white element with stones. On this side of the ring, a yellow element emerges from the right edge of the rail, which then runs in an upward arc under the smooth white element and the white element with stones, and enters the rail on the other side of the ring, between the white elements with stones. From the left side of the rail, a red element runs parallel to the left white element with stones, but under the second stone element, just next to the intersection of these elements, and enters the rail on the other side of the ring, next to the yellow element.
