POJEMNIK. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do kosmetyków. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku z czescia pojemnika w przekroju poprzecznym; fig. 2 pojemnik w widoku z góry; fig. 3 pojemnik w widoku z boku. Wzór przemyslowy pojemnika wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych ze soba czesci, a bryla stanowiaca zasadnicza czesc pojemnika - korpus - ma przekrój kola. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze górna czesc pojemnika, stanowiaca pokrywe, sklada sie z dwóch pierscieni, gdzie dolny jest cienszy i ma mniejsza srednice, natomiast górna powierzchnia pokrywy jest wypukla, a korpus ma srednice u podstawy mniejsza niz w czesci górnej, przy czym przejscie od czesci górnej do dolnej jest stopniowe, lagodne, co daje wizualny efekt zwezania sie pojemnika ku podstawie, a wewnatrz tak uksztaltowanego pojemnika usytuowany jest drugi pojemnik o mniejszych wymiarach i podobnym ksztalcie, polaczony z czescia zewnetrzna w taki sposób, aby pomiedzy nimi byla niewielka, pusta przestrzen.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig . 3 PL PLCONTAINER. The subject of the industrial design is a container, intended particularly for cosmetics. The new form of the design is manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the container in a side view with a portion of the container in cross-section; Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view; Fig. 3 shows the container in a side view. The industrial design of the container according to the pattern is characterized by the fact that it consists of two interconnected parts, and the body constituting the main part of the container has a circular cross-section. An important feature of the industrial design is that the upper part of the container, constituting the cover, consists of two rings, where the lower one is thinner and has a smaller diameter, while the upper surface of the cover is convex, and the body has a diameter at the base smaller than in the upper part, and the transition from the upper to the lower part is gradual, gentle, which gives the visual effect of the container narrowing towards the base, and inside the container shaped in this way, there is a second container of smaller dimensions and similar shape, connected to the outer part in such a way that there is a small, empty space between them.
