Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie, w zdobieniu powierzchni, w strukturze i w ornamentacji. Drzwi wejsciowe, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem moga byc wykonane z drewna, PVC, ze szkla, z metalu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje drzwi wejsciowe wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne odmiana 1, fig. 2 - drzwi wejsciowe wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje drzwi wejsciowe wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne odmiana 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze drzwi wejsciowe wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne, maja zgodnie z rozwiazaniem nowa linie, stanowiaca kompozycje strony czolowej drzwi. Drzwi wejsciowe wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku,2 fig. 1, sa uksztaltowane jako prostopadloscienna, splaszczona bryla. Frontowa powierzchnia drzwi jest zdobiona wkleslo-wypuklymi tloczeniami w postaci kasetonów uksztaltowanych w formie scietych ostroslupów o podstawie prostokatów, rozmieszczonych w pionowych i poziomych rzedach, jeden obok drugiego. Górna czesc drzwi jest ozdobiona wkleslo-wypuklym tloczonym ornamentem w postaci kasetonu o lukowato wyprofilowanych i scietych ukosnie sciankach. Dolne krawedzie kasetonu sa równolegle wzgledem krawedzi prostokatnych kasetonów, oraz posiadaja lukowate wyprofilowanie w srodkowej czesci. Dolne krawedzie górnego kasetonu sa rozmieszczone nad skrajnie rozmieszczonymi prostokatnymi kasetonami. Dolne krawedzie kasetonu przebiegaja równolegle wzgledem krawedzi prostokatnych kasetonów, oraz posiadaja lukowate wyprofilowanie w srodkowej czesci. Sa one rozmieszczone nad skrajnie rozmieszczonymi prostokatnymi kasetonami. Górny, srodkowy kaseton stanowi szybka w ozdobnej ramce, przy czym ramka szybki jest wysunieta ku górze, ponad krawedzie prostokatnych kasetonów, znajdujacych sie po bokach. Jej górna krawedz jest wyprofilowana lukowo. The industrial design covers interior and exterior entrance doors, used as furnishings in detached houses and apartments in multi-family buildings. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the product, according to the design, manifests itself in the shape, surface decoration, structure, and ornamentation. Entrance doors, according to the design, can be made of wood, PVC, glass, or metal. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the interior and exterior entrance doors, variant 1, Fig. 2 shows the interior and exterior entrance doors, variant 2, and Fig. 3 shows the interior and exterior entrance doors, variant 3. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design include that the interior and exterior entrance doors, in accordance with the solution, have a new line constituting the composition of the front side of the door. The interior and exterior entrance doors, according to the industrial design, variant 1, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, are shaped as a cuboid, flattened shape. The front surface of the door is decorated with concave-convex embossing in the form of caissons shaped like truncated pyramids with rectangular bases, arranged in vertical and horizontal rows, one next to the other. The upper part of the door is decorated with concave-convex embossing in the form of a caisson with arched and diagonally cut walls. The lower edges of the caisson are parallel to the edges of the rectangular caissons and have an arched profile in the middle. The lower edges of the upper caisson are arranged above the outermost rectangular caissons. The interior and exterior entrance doors, according to the industrial design, variant 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, are shaped as a rectangular, flattened block. The front surface of the door is decorated with concave-convex embossing in the form of caissons shaped like truncated pyramids with rectangular bases, arranged in vertical and horizontal rows, one next to the other. The upper part of the door is adorned with a concave-convex embossed ornament in the form of a caisson with arched and diagonally cut walls. The lower edges of the caisson run parallel to the edges of the rectangular caissons and have an arched profile in the middle. These are arranged above the outermost rectangular caissons. The upper, middle caisson consists of a glass pane in a decorative frame, with the glass pane frame extending upwards, above the edges of the rectangular caissons located on the sides. Its upper edge is arched. The interior and exterior entrance doors, according to the industrial design, version 3, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3, are shaped as a flattened cuboid. The front surface of the door is decorated with concave-convex embossing in the form of cassettes shaped as truncated pyramids with rectangular bases, arranged in vertical and horizontal rows, one next to the other. The upper part of the door is decorated with a concave-convex embossed ornament in the form of a cassette with arched and diagonally cut walls. The lower edges of the cassette run parallel to the edges of the rectangular cassettes and have an arched profile in the middle. These are arranged above the outermost rectangular cassettes. The upper and middle caissons consist of glass in a decorative frame, with the glass frame extending upwards, above the edges of the rectangular caissons located on the sides.
