Scianka nagrobkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest scianka nagrobkowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do montowania na nagrobkach kamiennych, granitowych, marmurowych lub lastrykowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac scianki nagrobkowej w dwóch odmianach przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Scianka nagrobkowa wykonana jest z kamienia, granitu, marmuru lub lastryko. Ksztalt scianki nagrobkowej, który jest charakterystyczny dla przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego, mozna uzyskac poprzez obróbke mechaniczna materialu, z którego wykonana jest scianka nagrobkowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane scianki nagrobkowej w widoku z przodu, a Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane scianki nagrobkowej w widoku z przodu. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru uwidocznionej na Fig. 1, scianka nagrobkowa sklada sie z dwóch plyt umieszczanych obok siebie, których kontury w widoku z przodu przyjmuja ksztalt plomieni, przy czym kontur pierwszej plyty przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o rozdwojonym jezyku, a kontur drugiej plyty, która ma czesc srodkowa szersza od pierwszej plyty, przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o jednym jezyku w ksztalcie kropli wody, której spiczaste zakonczenie jest odchylone od pierwszej plyty.W drugiej odmianie wzoru uwidocznionej na Fig. 2, scianka nagrobkowa sklada sie z dwóch plyt umieszczanych obok siebie, których kontury w widoku z przodu przyjmuja ksztalt plomieni, przy czym kontur pierwszej plyty przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o rozdwojonym jezyku, a kontur drugiej plyty, która ma czesc srodkowa szersza od pierwszej plyty, przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o jednym jezyku w ksztalcie kropli wody, której spiczaste zakonczenie jest nachylone w kierunku pierwszej plyty. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze scianka nagrobkowa sklada sie z dwóch plyt umieszczanych obok siebie, których kontury w widoku z przodu przyjmuja ksztalt plomieni, przy czym kontur pierwszej plyty przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o rozdwojonym jezyku, a kontur drugiej plyty, która ma czesc srodkowa szersza od pierwszej plyty, przyjmuje ksztalt plomienia o jednym jezyku w ksztalcie kropli wody. Cecha istotna pierwszej odmiany wzoru jest ponadto to, ze zakonczenie jezyka drugiej plyty jest odchylone od pierwszej plyty, tak jak to pokazano na Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of tombstone wall in two varieties, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and contours. The tombstone wall is made of stone, granite, marble, or terrazzo. The shape of the tombstone wall, which is characteristic of the industrial design, can be achieved by mechanical processing of the material from which the tombstone wall is made. The industrial design in two varieties is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variety of tombstone wall from a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the second variety of tombstone wall from a front view. In the first variant of the design shown in Fig. 1, the tombstone wall consists of two slabs placed next to each other, the contours of which in the front view take the shape of flames, wherein the contour of the first slab takes the shape of a flame with a forked tongue, and the contour of the second slab, which has a central part wider than the first slab, takes the shape of a flame with one tongue in the shape of a drop of water, the pointed tip of which is deviated from the first slab. In the second variant of the design shown in Fig. 2, the tombstone wall consists of two slabs placed next to each other, the contours of which in the front view take the shape of flames, wherein the contour of the first slab takes the shape of a flame with a forked tongue, and the contour of the second slab, which has a central part wider than the first slab, takes the shape of a flame with one tongue in the shape of a drop of water, the pointed tip of which is deviated from the first slab. The essential features of the industrial design are that the tombstone wall consists of two slabs placed next to each other, the contours of which in a front view take the shape of flames, wherein the contour of the first slab takes the shape of a flame with a split tongue, and the contour of the second slab, which has a central part wider than the first slab, takes the shape of a flame with a single tongue in the shape of a water drop. A further essential feature of the first design variant is that the tip of the tongue of the second slab is deviated from the first slab, as shown in Fig. 1.
