Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze- znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory- styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci powtarzajacego sie ukladu równoleglych pasów w dwóch kolorach umieszczonych na jednobarwnym tle. Pasy te sa róznia sie szerokoscia, przechodzac sekwencjami od najszerszych od najwez- szych, przy czym w ramach jednej sekwencji pasów na tle, pasy w dwóch kolorach sa ulozone naprzemiennie, w taki sposób, ze pasy w tym samym kolorze nie sa umiesz- czone obok siebie. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, has a pattern in the form of a repeating arrangement of parallel stripes in two colors placed on a single-color background. These stripes vary in width, alternating in sequence from the widest to the narrowest. Within a single sequence of stripes on the background, stripes of two colors are arranged alternately, so that stripes of the same color are not placed next to each other. The material according to the industrial design is presented in six color variations in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version Fig. 2 shows the first color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variation of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variation of the material with a pattern The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has five variations: 2 - the first variation with a dark orange background and cream and black stripes, - the second variation with a brown background and cream and dark brown stripes, - the third variation with a light cream background and cream and dark brown stripes, - the fourth variation with Orange background and cream and black stripes, - the fifth variant with a gray background and cream and orange stripes. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material according to the industrial design has an arrangement of parallel stripes in two colors placed on a single-color background. These stripes vary in width, passing in sequence from the widest to the narrowest. Within one sequence of stripes on the background, the stripes in two colors are arranged alternately, so that stripes of the same color are not placed next to each other.
