Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3 i fig. 4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 - elementu dekoracyjnego w postaci galazki - jest to, ze: — stanowi go element, który ksztaltem przypomina powyginana fantazyjnie galazke wraz z listkami, opleciona powojem, zakonczona od góry kielichem; — pod niektórymi listkami znajduja sie petelki, utworzone z zawinietych powojów, umozliwiajace zawieszenie ozdób. Cecha istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig. 2 i fig. 2a - elementu dekoracyjnego w postaci dwustronnej galazki z analogiczna tylna strona - jest to, ze: — stanowi go element, który ksztaltem przypomina powyginana fantazyjnie galazke wraz z listkami, opleciona powojem, zakonczona od góry kielichem; — pod niektórymi listkami znajduja sie petelki, utworzone z zawinietych powojów, umozliwiajace zawieszenie ozdób;- 2 - — zarówno faktura powierzchni listków, z przedniej jak i tylnej strony elementu, jak i faktura kielicha sa analogiczne. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative element in the form of a twig and its variants. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) a decorative element in the form of a twig - fig. 1, 2) a decorative element in the form of a double-sided twig with an analogous back side - fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3) a decorative element in the form of a twig placed on a stand - fig. 3, 4) a decorative element in the form of a twig with medallions hanging on it, topped with a flower and placed on a stand with an ornament - fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a decorative element in the form of a twig - is that: — it consists of an element whose shape resembles a fancifully bent twig with leaves, entwined with bindweed and topped with a calyx; — under some of the leaves there are loops made of wrapped bindweeds, enabling the hanging of decorations. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a decorative element in the form of a double-sided branch with an analogous back side - is that: - it consists of an element whose shape resembles a fancifully bent branch with leaves, entwined with bindweed, and topped with a calyx; - under some of the leaves there are loops made of wrapped bindweed, enabling the hanging of decorations; - 2 - - both the surface texture of the leaves on the front and back of the element, and the texture of the calyx, are analogous. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - a decorative element in the form of a branch placed on a base - is that: - it consists of an element whose shape resembles a fancifully bent branch with leaves, entwined with bindweed, and topped with a calyx; — under some of the leaves there are loops made of wrapped bindweed, enabling the hanging of ornaments; — the whole thing is placed on a decorative base. An important feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4—a decorative element in the form of a branch with medallions hanging from it, topped with a flower and placed on a base with an ornament—is that: — it consists of an element whose shape resembles a fancifully bent branch with leaves, entwined with bindweed, and topped with a calyx; — above the calyx there is a rose-shaped flower; — under some of the leaves there are loops made of wrapped bindweed, enabling the hanging of ornaments in the form of medallions, wherein — each medallion is heart-shaped and bears images of saints; — the whole thing is placed on a decorative base, and — the base is additionally decorated with a miniature element representing a temple.- 3 - Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fia. 2a Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL
