Na etykiecie wedlug odmiany trzeciej (fig. 3 i fig. 3') na czarnym polu znajduje sie napis BALERON TRADYCYJNY, a ponizej, na polu zielonym, napis „Wedzony". Elementem dekoracyjnym na tej odmianie etykiety jest listek salaty, plasterek pomidora oraz pasek majonezu. Na etykiecie wedlug odmiany czwartej (fig. 4 i fig. 4') na czarnym polu znajduje sie napis SCHAB TRADYCYJNY, a ponizej, na polu czerwonym, napis „Pieczony". Elementem dekoracyjnym na tej odmianie etykiety jest listek salaty, plasterek pomidora oraz szczypiorek. Na etykiecie wedlug odmiany piatej (fig. 5 i fig. 5') na czarnym polu znajduje sie napis SZYNKA TRADYCYJNA, a ponizej, na polu czerwonym, napis „Pieczona". The new and original form of the design is manifested in the label's verbal, graphic, and color arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 1' show the first version of the label, Fig. 2 and Fig. 2' the second version of the label, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3' the third version of the label, Fig. 4 and Fig. 4' the fourth version of the label, and Fig. 5 and Fig. 5' the fifth version of the label. According to the design, the label is rectangular with rounded corners and bounded at the top by a convex arc. The label is divided into three sections by color – the upper section is black with thin vertical gold stripes and surrounded by a gold border. The middle section is shaded yellow-orange and separated from the lower section, which is shaded red, by a curved gold line. At the top of the label, on a black background, a two-line inscription is written in two-element serif script in white with a yellow shadow. Above it, extending beyond the edges of the label, is a red circle with a gold border and the gold inscription "HIGHEST QUALITY." Inside the gold circle on a green background is an image of gold leaves and an arced gold stripe with the red inscription "Traditional." The central part of the label features an image of a slice of bread in a shaded yellow-brown color with a slice of cold cuts in pink and white, adorned with a decorative element consisting of a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and, depending on the label variety, a radish slice, a basil leaf, a chives, or a strip of mayonnaise. Above the image of the bread slice, in a separate field in green or red, depending on the label variety, is an inscription in two-element serif script in gold. Below, on the left, is a diagonal inscription in a fanciful Easter egg, also in 1/3 gold. In the lower right corner of the label is the company logo in the form of a red oak leaf with a gold border, on which is a stylized gold oak tree, and below it, the diagonal capital lettering "SOKOLÓW" in two-element serif font in white with a black shadow. On the label of the first variety (fig. 1 and fig. 1'), the inscription "TRADITIONAL SZYNKA" appears on a black field, and below, on a green field, the inscription "Wedzona" (Smoked). The decorative elements on this label variety are a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a radish slice. On the label of the second variety (fig. 2 and fig. 2'), the inscription "TRADITIONAL SZYNKA" appears on a black field, and below, on a green field, the inscription "Wedzona" (Smoked). On the label according to the fourth variant (fig. 4 and fig. 4'), the inscription "SCHAB TRADYCYJNY" appears in a black field, and below it, in red, the inscription "Pieczony." The decorative elements on this label variant are a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and chives. On the label according to the fifth variant (fig. 5 and fig. 5'), the inscription "SZYNKA TRADYCYJNA" appears in a black field, and below it, in red, the inscription "Pieczona." The decorative element on this label variant is a lettuce leaf and two radish slices. Above the image of the slice of bread, in a separate field in green or red, depending on the label variety, there is an inscription in two-element serif script in golden color, and below, on the left side, an oblique inscription in a fancy Easter egg, also in golden color, "Traditional Product Line".
