Lampka elektryczna w ksztalcie swieczki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampka elektryczna w ksztalcie swieczki i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania ich w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych i kaganków, sluzaca jako dlugo palaca sie lampka imitujaca swiece nagrobkowa. W tym celu w srodku lampki montuje sie zasilajaca ja bateryjke. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 , natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c, fig. 3, fig. 3a, fig. 4 i fig. 4a - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig. 3, fig. 3a, fig. 4 i fig. 4a - ilustruja barwne odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.4 i fig.4a - lampki elektrycznej w kolorze kremowym - jest to, ze: — stanowi ja zasadniczo podluzny, walcowaty element, przy czym — w jego górnej czesci - wokól górnej podstawy walca - widoczny jest ozdobny motyw, przypominajacy splywajace krople stearyny, przy czym — ozdobny motyw w widoku z góry przypomina kolo, którego krawedz stanowi pierscieniowaty element, wewnatrz którego powierzchnia kola nieco zaglebia sie. The industrial design covers a candle-shaped electric lamp and its variants, intended for placement, particularly on grave candle stands and crescents, serving as a long-burning lamp imitating a grave candle. For this purpose, a battery is mounted inside the lamp to power it. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c, Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 4, and Fig. 4a represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 4, and Fig. 4a illustrating color variants of the industrial design. In the illustration, fig. 1, the design is shown in a side view, the subsequent figures: fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 2c illustrate a variation of the design in a perspective view. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) candle-shaped electric lamp - fig. 1, 2) cylindrical candle-shaped electric lamp - fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 2c, 3) blue electric lamp - fig. 3 and fig. 3a, 4) cream-colored electric lamp - fig. 4 and fig. 4a. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - an electric lamp in the shape of a candle - is that: - it is essentially an elongated, rectangular element - in the front view - wherein - in its upper part there is a visible decorative motif resembling flowing drops of stearin, while above it, in the center, another essentially vertical drop-shaped element is placed, imitating a burning candle wick. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 2c—an electric lamp in the shape of a cylindrical candle—is that:- 2 — it is essentially an elongated, cylindrical element, wherein in its upper part—around the upper base of the cylinder—a decorative motif is visible, resembling dripping stearin drops, wherein—in a top view, the decorative motif resembles a circle, the edge of which is an annular element, within which the surface of the circle is slightly recessed. In this recess, centrally, another essentially vertical drop-shaped element is placed, imitating a burning candle wick. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a - a blue electric lamp - is that: - it is essentially an elongated, cylindrical element, wherein - in its upper part - around the upper base of the cylinder - a decorative motif resembling dripping stearin is visible, wherein - in a top view, the decorative motif resembles a circle, the edge of which is an annular element, within which the surface of the circle is slightly recessed. In this recess, centrally, another essentially vertical drop-shaped element is placed, imitating a burning candle wick; - the cylindrical part of the electric lamp is made in blue, the decorative motif is made in the color of rubbed old gold, while the element in the shape of a burning wick is made in red. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a - a cream-colored electric lamp - is that: - it is essentially an elongated, cylindrical element, wherein - in its upper part - around the upper base of the cylinder - a decorative motif resembling dripping stearin drops is visible, wherein - in a top view, the decorative motif resembles a circle, the edge of which is an annular element, inside which the surface of the circle is slightly recessed. In this recess, centrally, another essentially vertical drop-shaped element is placed, imitating a burning candle wick; - the cylindrical part of the electric lamp is cream-colored, the decorative motif is in the color of rubbed old gold, while the element in the shape of a burning wick is red.
