Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i zestawie elementów skladowych odpowiednio wyprofilowanych. Zawias meblowy sklada sie z dwóch ramion, których oba wewnetrzne konce poprzez dwa elementy posredniczace, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie oraz za pomoca dwóch oddzielnych bolców oraz dwóch bolców tworzacych profil U-owy polaczone sa ze soba obrotowo, umozliwiajac prostopadle usytuowanie obu tych ramion wzgledem siebie. Ramie dluzsze zawiasu mocowane do drzwi mebla, w widoku z góry pokazanym na fig. 2 ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, na którym znajduja sie dwa wkrety, a pomiedzy nimi dwa wyjecia zblizone do prostokatnych z wewnetrznym otworem kolowym, a z zewnetrznego jego konca wystaje waski prostokatny element suwakowy, natomiast drugi koniec tego ramienia ma krótkie wyjecie prostokatne, a po obu jego bokach wystaja po dwa czola wspomnianych bolców laczacych koniec tego ramienia z obu koncami elementów posrednich, natomiast po obu jego bokach pomiedzy obu wkretami2 w dolnej czesci wystaja dwa profilowe odsadzenia plytkowe o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „U" z zagietymi na zewnatrz jego koncami, na których wykonane sa otwory montazowe o profilu zblizonym do eliptycznego. Z kolei ramie krótsze tego zawiasu mocowane do skrzyni mebla, w widoku z góry ma ksztalt poprzecznie usytuowanego prostokata, którego wewnetrzny dluzszy bok polaczony jest z elementem pólpierscieniowym, a w ich osi symetrii znajduje sie profilowe gniazdo o zarysie zblizonym do dwóch polaczonych ze soba prostokatów, przy czym w pierscieniowej czesci tego gniazda znajduje sie drugi dolny koniec górnego prostokatnego elementu posredniego. Ramie dluzsze tego zawiasu w widoku od spodu pokazanym na fig. 1, ma ksztalt wydluzonego korytka bez krótszych jego scian bocznych, w którym osadzony jest profilowy element z osiowym prostokatnym kanalkiem, w którego dnie znajduje sie otwór kolowy oraz prostokatne wyjecie z umieszczonym w nim koncem jednego ze wspomnianych wyzej wkretów oraz prostokatny zaczep elementu suwakowego wystajacego na zewnatrz z konca korytkowego, przy czym wspomniany profilowy element ma boczne profilowe U-owe odsadzenia z otworami o zarysie zblizonym do eliptycznego, natomiast drugi wewnetrzny koniec tego ramienia ma poprzecznie usytuowany w nim bolec z odsadzonymi na nim obrotowo koncami dolnego plytkowego elementu posredniego, którego drugi koniec osadzony jest obrotowo na jednym z dwóch U-owych bolców osadzonych w bocznych scianach gniazda ramienia krótszego. Z kolei, ramie krótsze tego zawiasu, w widoku od spodu pokazanym na fig. 2 ma ksztalt poprzecznie usytuowanego elementu prostokatnego z kolowymi otworami na jego koncach, przyslonietymi od góry obrotowa przyslona, którego wewnetrzny dluzszy bok polaczony jest z odsadzeniem pólkolistym, przy czym pomiedzy tymi otworami znajduje sie dno dwóch prostokatnych gniazd z wyjeciem prostokatnym w wezszej czesci gniazda, z którego scian bocznych wystaja konce dwóch bolców o profilu U-owym, natomiast pomiedzy kazdym z otworów kolowych i boczna sciana gniazda znajduja sie identyczne segmenty usytuowane naprzeciw siebie w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinków pierscienia, sluzace do ustalania polozenia tego ramienia w odpowiednim otworze sciany bocznej skrzyni mebla. W tym samym zawiasie meblowym w stanie rozlozonym jego dluzsze ramie w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z dolnym wyjeciem prostokatnym i górnym prostokatnym odsadzeniem czolowym z osadzonym w nim bolcem walcowym, a ponizej niego w narozu tego prostokata znajduje sie czolo drugiego bolca, przy czym górny narozny bolec przechodzi przez boczne sciany czesci korytkowej ramienia oraz przez górny koniec górnego skosnie usytuowanego elementu posredniego, a dolny bolec równiez przez boczne sciany czesci korytkowej oraz przez dolny zawiniety koniec dolnego elementu posredniego, a ponadto z dolnego wyjecia prostokatnego wystaje opisane wyzej w widoku z góry boczne profilowe odsadzenie U-owe majace w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, zas z górnej jego powierzchni wystaja konce opisanych wyzej dwóch wkretów.3 Z kolei krótsze ramie tego zawiasu, w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu spoczywajacego na plytce prostokatnej, posiadajacego w górnym narozu bolec umozliwiajacy obrót tej czesci trapezowej, przy czym plytka ta od strony bolca ma odsadzenie, a w srodkowej czesci tulejke otworu montazowego, pod którym znajduje sie sciana opisanego wyzej gniazda, a przed nia przednia scina segmentu z poprzecznymi kanalkami na jej powierzchni. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture hinge made of metal or metal and plastic, used primarily to connect doors or furniture doors to their housing. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the set of appropriately profiled components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 - shows the furniture hinge in the open state in a bottom view, fig. 2 - the same hinge in a top view, fig. 3 - the same hinge in a cross-section along the line A-A, fig. 4 - the same hinge in a front view, fig. 5 - the same hinge in a side view of its longer arm attached to the furniture door, fig. 6 - the same hinge in a side view of its transverse arm attached to the furniture box, fig. 7 - the same hinge in a front view in the folded state, with the furniture door closed, fig. 8 - the same hinge in a top view, and fig. 9 - the same hinge in a bottom view. The furniture hinge consists of two arms, the two inner ends of which are connected to each other in a rotatable manner through two intermediary elements located opposite each other and by means of two separate pins and two pins forming a U-shaped profile, enabling the perpendicular positioning of both arms to each other. The longer arm of the hinge attached to the furniture door, in the top view shown in Fig. 2, has the shape of an elongated rectangle with two screws and between them two outlets similar to rectangular ones with an internal circular hole, and from its external end a narrow rectangular slide element protrudes, while the other end of this arm has a short rectangular outlet and on both of its sides two faces of the above-mentioned pins protrude connecting the end of this arm with both ends of the intermediate elements, while on both of its sides, between both screws2 in the lower part, two profile plate offsets protrude in the shape similar to the letter "U" with their ends bent outwards, on which mounting holes with a profile similar to elliptical are made. In turn, the shorter arm of this hinge, attached to the furniture box, in a top view has the shape of a transversely situated rectangle, the inner longer side of which is connected to a half-ring element, and in their axis of symmetry there is a profile socket with an outline similar to two connected rectangles, wherein the second lower end of the upper rectangular intermediate element is located in the ring part of this socket. The longer arm of this hinge, in the bottom view shown in Fig. 1, has the shape of an elongated channel without its shorter side walls, in which a profile element is mounted with an axial rectangular channel, in the bottom of which there is a circular hole and a rectangular opening with the end of one of the above-mentioned screws placed therein, and a rectangular catch of the slide element protruding outwards from the channel end, wherein the said profile element has side U-shaped profile offsets with holes with an outline close to elliptical, while the other inner end of this arm has a pin located transversely in it with the ends of the lower plate-shaped intermediate element rotatably offset on it, the other end of which is rotatably mounted on one of the two U-shaped pins mounted in the side walls of the socket of the shorter arm. In turn, the shorter arm of this hinge, in the bottom view shown in Fig. 2, has the shape of a transversely situated rectangular element with circular holes at its ends, covered from the top with a rotary shutter, the inner longer side of which is connected to a semicircular offset, and between these holes there is the bottom of two rectangular sockets with a rectangular outlet in the narrower part of the socket, from the side walls of which the ends of two U-shaped pins protrude, whereas between each of the circular holes and the side wall of the socket there are identical segments situated opposite each other in a shape similar to ring segments, used to determine the position of this arm in the appropriate hole in the side wall of the furniture box. In the same furniture hinge in the unfolded state, its longer arm in the front view has a shape close to a rectangle with a lower rectangular outlet and an upper rectangular frontal offset with a cylindrical pin embedded in it, and below it in the corner of this rectangle there is the front of the second pin, wherein the upper corner pin passes through the side walls of the channel part of the arm and through the upper end of the upper obliquely situated intermediate element, and the lower pin also passes through the side walls of the channel part and through the lower folded end of the lower intermediate element, and furthermore from the lower rectangular outlet protrudes the lateral U-shaped profile offset described above in the top view, which in the front view has a shape close to a trapezoid, and from its upper surface protrude the ends of the two screws described above.3 In turn, the shorter arm of this hinge, in a front view, has a shape similar to a trapezoid resting on a rectangular plate, having a pin in the upper corner enabling the rotation of this trapezoid part, wherein this plate has an offset on the side of the pin, and in the middle part a bushing for the mounting hole, under which there is the wall of the socket described above, and in front of it the front wall of the segment with transverse channels on its surface. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture hinge made of metal, shown in figures 1-9, is characterized by the following: - it consists of two arms, the two inner ends of which are connected to each other in a rotatable manner through two intermediary elements located opposite each other and by means of two separate pins and two pins forming a U-shaped profile, enabling the perpendicular positioning of both arms to each other. - the longer arm of the hinge attached to the furniture door, in a top view, has the shape of an elongated rectangle with two screws, and between them two outlets similar to rectangular ones with an internal circular hole, and from its external end a narrow rectangular sliding element protrudes, while the other end of this arm has a short rectangular outlet, and on both sides of it two faces of the above-mentioned pins protrude, connecting the end of this arm with both ends of the intermediate elements, while on both sides of it, between both screws in the lower part, two profile plate offsets protrude, shaped similar to the letter "U", with their ends bent outwards, on which mounting holes with a profile similar to elliptical are made; - the shorter arm of this hinge, attached to the furniture box, in a top view has the shape of a transversely situated rectangle, the inner longer side of which is connected to a half-ring element, and in their axis of symmetry there is a profile socket with an outline similar to two connected rectangles, wherein the second lower end of the upper rectangular intermediate element is located in the ring part of this socket; - the longer arm of this hinge, in a bottom view, has the shape of an elongated channel without its shorter side walls, in which a profile element is mounted with an axial rectangular channel, in the bottom of which there is a circular hole and a rectangular opening with the end of one of the above-mentioned screws placed therein and a rectangular catch of the slide element protruding outwards from the channel end, wherein the said profile element has side U-shaped profile offsets with holes with an almost elliptical outline, while the second inner4 end of this arm has a pin located transversely in it with the ends of the lower plate-shaped intermediate element rotatably offset on it, the other end of which is rotatably mounted on one of the two U-shaped pins mounted in the side walls of the socket of the shorter arm; - the shorter arm of this hinge, seen from below, has the shape of a transversely situated rectangular element with circular holes at its ends, covered from the top with a rotatable cover, the inner longer side of which is connected to a semicircular offset, wherein between these holes there is the bottom of two rectangular sockets with a rectangular outlet in the narrower part of the socket, from the side walls of which the ends of two U-shaped pins protrude, whereas between each of the circular holes and the side wall of the socket there are identical segments situated opposite each other in a shape similar to ring segments, used to determine the position of this arm in the appropriate hole in the side wall of the furniture box; - the longer arm of this hinge, in a front view, has a shape similar to a rectangle with a lower rectangular outlet and an upper rectangular frontal offset with a cylindrical pin embedded in it, and below it, in the corner of this rectangle, there is the front of the second pin, wherein the upper corner pin passes through the side walls of the channel part of the arm and through the upper end of the upper obliquely situated intermediate element, and the lower pin also passes through the side walls of the channel part and through the lower folded end of the lower intermediate element, and furthermore, from the lower rectangular outlet there protrudes the lateral U-shaped profile offset described above in the top view, which in the front view has a shape similar to a trapezium, and from its upper surface there protrude the ends of the two screws described above; - the shorter arm of this hinge, in a front view, has a shape similar to a trapezoid resting on a rectangular plate, having a pin in the upper corner enabling the rotation of this trapezoid part, wherein this plate has an offset on the side of the pin, and in the middle part a bushing for the mounting hole, under which there is the wall of the socket described above, and in front of it the front wall of the segment with transverse channels on its surface; Representative: Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Representative: Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Representative: Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Representative: PL PL
