Krzeslo Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 10.08.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest krzeslo. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac krzesla przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu zas, 2 - krzeslo w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 - krzeslo w widoku z tylu.Krzeslo wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wyposazone w cztery nogi, siedzisko i oparcie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma nogi przednie o zmiennym ksztalcie przy- pominajacym ksztalt stylizowanego walca badz wieloscianu, badz pierscienia i pore- cze o ksztalcie przypominajacym sinusoide, jednym koncem polaczone z nogami tyl- nymi, drugim koncem lukowato wygiete na zewnatrz i oparte na wyprofilowanych podporach polaczonych jednym koncem z siedziskiem, a nadto oparcie ma utwo- rzone przez przedluzone ponad siedzisko tylne nogi polaczone u góry lukowatym lacznikiem i usytuowana pod tym lacznikiem plyta o ksztalcie czworoboku, zawie- rajaca z tylu krzesla skosnie sciete krawedzie, zwienczona z przodu i z tylu krzesla obrzezem z jednym rowkiem biegnacym powyzej górnego boku plyty i z dwoma row- kami ponizej dolnego boku i poza tym, ma tylne nogi powyzej siedziska odchylone do tylu i polaczone u dolu lacznikami, dwoma z dwoma rowkami miedzy przednimi i tyl- nymi nogami, jednym lacznikiem z jednym rowkiem miedzy tylnymi nogami oraz mie- dzy nogami przednimi jednym lacznikiem, a nadto na lukowatym laczniku zawiera wyzlobienie usytuowane wzdluz jego górnej powierzchni jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2. i fig 3. Lacznik miedzy nogami przednimi ma postac bryly z lukowatymi obrysami w dolnej i górnej czesci, w dolnej z jednym obrysem usytuowanym posrodku oraz w gór- nej z trzema obrysami usytuowanymi po bokach i posrodku, a nadto ma z przodu wyz- lobienia tworzace ornamentyke przedstawiajaca: mozaike miedzy lukowatym obrysem usytuowanym posrodku górnej czesci bryly a lukowatym obrysem dolnej czesci, styli- zowana spirale usytuowana na kazdym z boków oraz dwa lukowate rowki przy dolnym lukowatym obrysie i jeden rowek przy obrysie górnym, jak pokazano na fig. 1. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 10, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a chair. The essence of the design is a new form of the chair, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the chair in a front view, 2 - the chair in a side view, and Fig. 3 - the chair in a back view. The chair according to the ornamental pattern is equipped with four legs, a seat and a backrest. It is characterized by the fact that it has front legs of a variable shape resembling the shape of a stylized cylinder or polyhedron or a ring and armrests in a shape resembling a sinusoid, connected at one end to the back legs, at the other end arched outwards and resting on profiled supports connected at one end to the seat, and furthermore, the backrest is formed by the back legs extended above the seat, connected at the top with an arched connector and a plate situated under this connector with in the shape of a quadrilateral, containing at the back of the chair obliquely cut edges, topped at the front and back of the chair with a rim with one groove running above the upper side of the board and with two grooves below the lower side and, in addition, has rear legs above the seat tilted backwards and connected at the bottom with two connectors with two grooves between the front and rear legs, one connector with one groove between the rear legs and between the front legs with one connector, and furthermore, on the arched connector it contains a groove situated along its upper surface as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The connector between the front legs has the form of a solid with arched outlines in the lower and upper parts, in the lower part with one outline situated in the middle and in the upper part with three outlines situated on the sides and in the middle, and in addition it has grooves on the front creating ornamentation representing: a mosaic between the arched outline situated in the middle of the upper part of the body and the arched outline of the lower part, a stylized spiral situated on each side and two arched grooves at the lower arched outline and one groove at the upper outline, as shown in Fig. 1.
