ZESTAW MEBLI Przedmiotem wzoru jest zestaw mebli, w sklad którego wchodza krze- slo, stól, pólka i komoda przeznaczony do pomieszczen zwiazanych ze spo- zywaniem posilków lub wypoczynkiem Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac poszczególnych mebli tworzacych zestaw, przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobniczych polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech materialu, z jakiego meble zrobiono oraz ich cech uzytkowych. Zestaw mebli, w sklad którego wchodza: krzeslo, stól, pólka i kredens charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kredens w ogólnym widoku ma wyglad pro- stopadlosciennej skrzyni podzielonej na trzy pionowe pasy, tak, ze po bokach ma dwoje drzwi, zas w srodku ma drzwi i nad nimi dwie szufla- dy, gdzie bryla skrzyni jest posadowiona na ramie cokolowej, o obrysie mniejszym niz obrys skrzyni, plyta wienczaca jest jednolita, wystaje po bokach i od frontu poza obrys bryly skrzyni, która na froncie ma listwy frontowe z osadzonymi drzwiami majacymi ramy z listew pionowych i poziomych, w których sa osadzone profilowane panele z poziomo ulo- zonych listew, dookolnie frezowane, tak, ze wyraznie jest zaznaczony ich obrys i laczenie z ramiakami, natomiast szuflady osadzone miedzy listwami frontowymi maja proste czola z ulozonych poziomo listew, zas ksztalt mebla i jego poszczególnych elementów skladowych zostal pod- kreslony przez pionowy i poziomy uklad sloi drewna z jakiego mebel zostal wytworzony, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig 10 do fig. 12 i ilustracji fig 10 1. 5. Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wobec mebli stosuje sie tech- niki uszlachetniajace i wydobywajace cechy ozdobne surowca, z które- go sa wykonane, w szczególny sposób dobiera sie poszczególne detale konstrukcyjne, aby podkreslic naturalne cechy surowca, jak to pokaza- no na zalaczonej ilustracji fig 1.1 do fig. 10.1. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the individual pieces of furniture constituting the set, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from the colours and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements consisting in emphasizing the natural features of the material from which the furniture is made and their functional features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows 1- chair in front view, fig. 2- chair in side view, fig. 3- chair in top view, fig. 4- table in side view, fig. 5 table in front view, fig. 6- table in top view, fig. 7- shelf in side view, fig. 8- shelf in front view, fig. 9- shelf in top view, fig. 10 sideboard in front view, fig. 11 sideboard in side view, fig. 12 sideboard in top view, and the illustration, which shows: fig. 1.1 chair in front view, fig. 2.1 chair in side view, fig. 3.1 chair in top view, fig. 4.1 table in side view, fig. 5.1 table in front view, fig. 6.1 table in top view, fig. 7.1 shelf in side view, fig. 8.1 shelf in front view, fig. 10.1 sideboard in front view.2 ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1 A set of furniture consisting of a chair, a table, a shelf and a sideboard is characterized in that the chair has a wooden frame, the rear legs of which have a quadrangular cross-section are extended, bent backwards in the upper part and connected slightly below the upper tops by a backrest made of two pairs of parallel boards bent outwards in an arcuate manner, between which there is a horizontal gap, each board is milled in the middle part in such a way that it creates the impression that the backrest boards are connected in pairs, each board has wooden sides, lower and upper parts nails, while the seat of the chair is a uniform board made of transversely arranged parallel boards and has a shape similar to a trapezoid with a wider base turned towards the front, cut out in the corners so that the upper surfaces of the front quadrangular legs are visible at the level of the upper surface of the seat, but the front legs are wider apart than the rear ones, and directly under the seat there is a frame made of wide slats, and between the front and rear legs there are additional connectors, while the general plastic form of the furniture is accentuated by the natural grain of the wood from which the furniture was made, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and illustrations Fig. 1.1 to Fig. 3.1. 2. A set of furniture consisting of: a chair, a table, a shelf and a sideboard is characterized in that the table has a top in the form of a uniform sheet arranged lengthwise from boards of the same length, cut in such a way that the upper surfaces of the legs made of thick quadrangular slats are visible and are at the same level as the upper surface of the top resting on the joints placed directly below it, while the highlighted natural pattern of the wood grain emphasizes the plastic form of the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 and illustrations Fig. 4.1 to Fig. 6.1 3. A set of furniture consisting of: a chair, a table, a shelf and a sideboard is characterized in that the shelf in a side view looks similar to the letter "F" inverted by 180°, has arranged three panels arranged perpendicularly to each other in such a way that one panel of arranged boards constitutes the back, while the other two panels constitute shelves, with the panel constituting the back being wider than the shelves themselves, and its lower edge protrudes beyond the lower edge of the lower shelf, whereby the decorative values of the shelf are emphasized by highlighting the characteristic features and pattern of the wood from which it is made, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 7 to Fig. 9 and illustrations Fig. 7.1 and Fig. 8.1. 4. A set of furniture consisting of a chair, a table, a shelf and a sideboard is characterized by the fact that the sideboard, in its general appearance, has the appearance of a rectangular chest divided into three vertical strips, so that it has two doors on the sides, and in the middle it has a door and two drawers above them, where the body of the chest is set on a plinth frame with an outline smaller than the outline of the chest, the top board is uniform, protruding on the sides and at the front beyond the outline of the chest body, which on the front has front slats with embedded doors having frames made of vertical and horizontal slats, in which are embedded profiled panels made of horizontally arranged slats, milled all around so that their outline and joints with the frames are clearly marked, while the drawers set between the front slats have straight fronts made of horizontally arranged slats, and the shape of the furniture and its individual components is emphasized by the vertical and horizontal arrangement of the grain of the wood from which the furniture was made, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 10 to fig. 12 and illustration fig. 10 1. 5. The furniture set is characterized by the use of techniques that refine and bring out the decorative features of the raw material from which it is made, and by the special selection of individual construction details to emphasize the natural features of the raw material, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1.1 to fig. 10.1.
