The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9 depict its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design, with Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9 depicting colored forms of the design and its variants. Fig. 5 and Fig. 10 additionally depict elements of the variants of the design shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9, respectively, from a top view. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 - a candle holder with three decorations and a ring - is that it consists of: - three decorations, each of which imitates a cross entwined with a vine branch, on which clusters of fruit and leaves are visible, with the cross being slightly S-shaped in a side view, - the decorations have been - essentially vertically and at equal distances - attached to an element whose lower outline resembles a circle, in the center of which there is a round hole, with the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rising in a gentle arc upwards, creating a thickening resembling a pedestal, up to the central hole surrounded by a ring, wherein - the described element features alternating decorative, fanciful motifs, - in the upper part the decorations described in the introduction are connected by an element which constitutes two rings joined together, as if superimposed one on the other, with the upper ring having a slightly smaller diameter than the lower one.- 3 - An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 - a candle holder with three decorations, a ring and a cap - is that it consists of: - three decorations, each of which imitates a cross entwined with a vine branch, on which clusters of fruit and leaves are visible, while the cross is slightly S-shaped in a side view, - the decorations have been - basically vertically and at equal distances - attached to an element whose lower outline resembles a circle, in the center of which there is a round hole, while the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise in a gentle arc upwards, creating a bulge resembling the plinth, up to the central opening surrounded by a ring, whereby — the described element features alternating decorative, fanciful motifs, — in the upper part, the decorations described in the introduction are connected by an element consisting of two rings joined together, as if superimposed one on the other, with the upper ring having a slightly smaller diameter than the lower one, — above the ring-shaped element there is another element, resembling a bell, topped at the bottom with a ring whose diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the element itself, while at the top the bell-shaped element is topped with a low cylindrical element, closed at the top with a flat bottom, and holes are made both in the side wall of the cylindrical element and above the lower ring. The essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 6 - a colourful decoration of a candle - is that: - it is an element imitating a cross entwined with a vine branch, on which clusters of fruit and leaves are visible, and the cross is slightly S-shaped in a side view, - the decoration is made in the colour of old gold. The essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 10 - a colorful candle holder with three decorations - is that it consists of: - 4 - — three decorations, each of which imitates a cross entwined with a vine branch, on which clusters of fruit and leaves are visible, while the cross is slightly S-shaped in a side view, — the decorations have been - basically vertically and at equal distances - attached to an element whose lower outline resembles a circle, in the center of which there is a round hole, while the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise in a gentle arc upwards, creating a thickening resembling a pedestal, up to the central hole surrounded by a ring, and — the described element shows alternating decorative fanciful motifs, — both the decoration and the base are made in the color of old gold.
