Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy produkujacej tapety, kleje do tapet. Wzór jest przeznaczony do opakowan na kleje do tapet oraz do opakowan na inne srodki chemiczne stosowane przy tapetowaniu i malowaniu scian. Wzór przemyslowy jest pokazany na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4, które przedstawiaja cztery odmiany wzoru. Poszczególne odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba wyróznikami slownymi oraz kolorystyka. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru, uwidoczniona na Fig. 1, stanowi kompozycje zlozona z rysunku i dwóch napisów: Masterline oraz WALLFDC Na niebieskim tle znajduje sie bialy rysunek i bialy napis Masterline, przylegajacy do tego rysunku. Rysunek ma z lewej strony na górze prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego. Pod tym pedzlem jest uwidoczniona smuga symbolizujaca warstwe materialu naniesionego przez pedzel na podloze, w szczególnosci warstwe kleju do tapet. Smuga wychodzi poza podstawe obramowania i rozszerza sie na prawo i na lewo do boków. Na górze smuga jest ograniczona krótkim lukiem po lewej stronie i dlugim lagodnym lukiem po stronie prawej, a na dole linia pozioma. Na górze, pod lagodnym lukiem prawym, znajduje sie klinowe pasmo rozszerzajace sie w prawa strone, a na dole jest poziomy pasek. Pasmo i pasek sa w kolorze zielonym.2 Slowo Masterline, umieszczone poziomo na górze, przylega do prostokatnego obramowania tak, ze prawy bok tego obramowania pokrywa sie z pionowym ramieniem na poczatku litery M. Biala podstawa obramowania jest w miejscu styku z jednolita biala smuga podkreslona linia w kolorze tla. Koncówka pedzla posiada kolor tla, a jej obrys jest wykonany linia biala. Slowo WALLFIX, umieszczone poziomo w polu smugi, jest napisane literami w niebieskim kolorze tla. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, widoczna na Fig. 2, stanowi wzór taki jak opisany w odmianie pierwszej, z tym, ze klinowe pasmo na górze i poziomy pasek na dole sa czerwone, a pod slowem WALLFIX znajduje sie niebieski wyróznik w postaci slowa CONTRACT. Trzecia odmiana wzoru, przedstawiona na Fig. 3, jest kolorystyczna modyfikacja odmiany drugiej. W odmianie trzeciej wzoru klinowe pasmo na górze i poziomy pasek na dole sa pomaranczowe. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, widoczna na Fig. 4, jest ksztaltowa i kolorystyczna modyfikacja odmiany pierwszej. Wzór wedlug odmiany czwartej stanowi wycinek kola, obramowany na górze i na dole lukami, a po bokach liniami prostymi, zbieznymi do dolu. Luki i proste obramowania sa limami w kolorze czerwonym. Klinowe pasmo na górze ma kolor seledynowy, zas na dole wzór jest pozbawiony kolorowego paska poziomego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to kompozycja zlozona z rysunku i dwóch napisów: Masterline oraz WALLFIX.3 Rysunek, umieszczony na niebieskim tle, ma z lewej strony na górze biale prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego. Pod tym pedzlem jest uwidoczniona smuga, która wychodzi od pedzla poza podstawe obramowania i rozszerza sie na prawo i na lewo do boków. Slowo Masterline, umieszczone poziomo na górze, przylega do prostokatnego obramowania tak, ze prawy bok tego obramowania pokrywa sie z pionowym ramieniem na poczatku litery M. The design is intended for packaging of wallpaper adhesives and other chemicals used in wallpapering and wall painting. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, which represent four variations of the design. The variations differ in wording and color. The first variation, shown in Fig. 1, is a composition consisting of a drawing and two inscriptions: Masterline and WALLFDC. On a blue background, there is a white drawing and the white inscription "Masterline" adjacent to the drawing. The drawing has a rectangular frame at the top left, within which is placed the tip of a paintbrush. Underneath this brush, a streak is visible, symbolizing the layer of material applied by the brush to the substrate, specifically a layer of wallpaper paste. The streak extends beyond the base of the border and extends to the right and left to the sides. At the top, the streak is bounded by a short arc on the left and a long, gentle arc on the right, and at the bottom by a horizontal line. At the top, beneath the gentle right arc, is a wedge-shaped band extending to the right, and at the bottom is a horizontal stripe. The band and stripe are green.2 The word Masterline, placed horizontally at the top, adjoins the rectangular border so that the right side of the border aligns with the vertical arm at the beginning of the letter M. The white base of the border is underlined with a background-colored line where it meets the solid white streak. The brush tip is background-colored and outlined with a white line. The word WALLFIX, placed horizontally within the streaked area, is written in letters with a blue background color. The second variation of the industrial design, visible in Fig. 2, is a design similar to the first, except that the wedge-shaped band at the top and the horizontal stripe at the bottom are red, and beneath the word WALLFIX is a blue marker in the form of the word CONTRACT. The third variation of the design, shown in Fig. 3, is a color modification of the second variation. In the third variation of the design, the wedge-shaped band at the top and the horizontal stripe at the bottom are orange. The fourth variation of the industrial design, visible in Fig. 4, is a shape and color modification of the first variation. The design according to the fourth variation is a segment of a circle, framed at the top and bottom by arcs, and on the sides by straight lines converging towards the bottom. The arcs and straight borders are red lines. The wedge-shaped band at the top is aquamarine, while the bottom design lacks the colored horizontal stripe. The essential features of the industrial design include a composition consisting of a drawing and two inscriptions: "Masterline" and "WALLFIX." The drawing, placed on a blue background, has a white rectangular frame at the top left, containing the tip of a paintbrush. Below this brush, a streak is visible, extending from the brush beyond the base of the frame and extending to the right and left to the sides. The word "Masterline," placed horizontally at the top, adjoins the rectangular frame so that the right side of the frame aligns with the vertical arm at the beginning of the letter "M."
