Rysunek uwidocznia ksztalt plyt budo¬ wlanych wedlug wynalazku niniejszego o- raz kilka przykladów ich zastosowania do budowy. Fig. 1 przedstawia sposób budo¬ wy naroza sciany, w widoku perspekty¬ wicznym, fig. 3 — to samo w rzucie pozio¬ mym, a fig. 2 — sposoby wylozenia pla¬ szczyzny poziomej, np. podlogi, lacznie ze scianka pionowa.Do wykonania naroza, przedstawione¬ go na fig. 1 i 3, potrzebne sa trzy rodzaje plyt wedlug wynalazku, a mianowicie ply¬ ty normalne (podluzne) 1, plyty narozne 2 oraz plyty 5 do zakonczania muru (np. o- tworów okiennych i t. d.). PLThe subject of the present invention are building boards made of gypsum and pine or fir needles, which are a cheap building material, suitable for the construction of both internal partition walls and external walls, for cladding walls of attics, mansard, barns, etc., and as a material. for the construction of timber-framed walls. Walls built of bricks or other building stones (natural or artificial) are relatively expensive and have many disadvantages, for example, they conduct relatively good heat and sound, are non-compliant, i.e. make it almost impossible to hammer nails or hooks. The above-mentioned disadvantages are not present in the walls made of building boards according to the present invention, which, apart from having sufficient fire resistance, are sufficiently durable and strong, yet allow for easy driving of nails and hooks, are also cheap and (which is very important, they insulate good in terms of heat and sounds, so it protects well against heat loss and from unwanted, sometimes very unpleasant sounds, According to the present invention, the building boards should be prepared in such a way that pine or fir needles are dipped in boiling water (e.g. in soapy water), 3 then exposes them for a certain time to the action of the sun, as a result of which the mass of the needles is transformed again. 'After the needles thus processed have cooled, they are processed (by mixing) with gypsum mortar and shaped individual boards in wooden forms with the use of a press (e.g. hydraulic). These boards can be of any size, as required. The drawing shows the shape of the building boards according to the present invention and several examples of their use in construction. Fig. 1 shows the construction of a wall corner in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the same in the plan view, and Fig. 2 shows the ways of laying a horizontal plane, for example a floor, including a vertical wall. To make the corner shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, three types of boards according to the invention are required, namely normal (elongated) boards 1, corner boards 2 and wall finishing boards 5 (e.g. window openings and td). Normal plates have: one projections or zelhra 3 at both ends and perpendicular to the plate plane having two larger dimensions, and the other - corresponding grooves 4. The projections and corresponding grooves may be semi-circular in ltib cross-section may have a different shape. The boards can also be made so that the same board has a projection 3 at one end and a groove 4 at the other, so that fewer molds are needed for their production. The corner panels are made similar to the normal ones, the only difference is that instead of being elongated, they are composed of two legs forming a right angle. The wall finishing boards 5 have a projection 3 (or groove 4) on one side only, and the other end is cut perpendicularly and completely flat. according to the invention, shown in Fig. 2, the horizontal layer is composed of the normal plates 6 and the end plates 7 described previously, and then the wall is led out of the normal plytics 8 e.g. with embossing * 11 and end plates 9 with protrusions (ribs) 10, while these protrusions 10 and grooves 11 are made on the narrowest and at the same time the longest plane of plates 8 and 9.
