Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia i w postaci 3 odmian na oddzielnych fotografiach. Rekojesc wystepuje w ksztalcie litery L. Czesc chwytna jest splaszczona, ma przekrój owalu, a czesc rekojesci mocowana z rozeta okragla, kwadratowa lub podluznym szyldem przekrój kola. Szyld jest podluzny w ksztalcie prostokata, z wyraznym pogrubieniem czesci srodkowej na calej dlugosci szyldu. Calosc wykonana jest z materialu o barwie metalicznej. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in its shape, line layout, material structure, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, as a collective overview and in three separate photographs in the form of a handle. The handle is L-shaped. The gripping portion is flattened and has an oval cross-section, while the handle portion is attached with a round or square rosette, or an elongated plate with a circular cross-section. The connecting element between the two parts is in the form of a cylinder, gradually flattening from the bottom, ending in a teardrop. The variant with a round rosette is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 2 illustrates the variant with a square rosette. Photograph Fig. 3 shows a variant with an elongated plate. The essential features of the industrial design include an L-shaped handle with a flattened gripping section with an oval cross-section, a handle section attached to a round or square rosette, or to an elongated plate with a circular cross-section, and a connecting element in the form of a cylinder, gradually flattening at the bottom and ending in a teardrop. The rosette, in which the handle is attached, is available in circular or square shapes and has a decorative inner ring. The plate is elongated and rectangular, with a distinctly thickened central section along its entire length. The entire structure is made of a metallic-colored material. In the industrial design variant shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, the handle is L-shaped. The gripping portion is flattened and has an oval cross-section, and the handle portion is attached to a round rosette with a circular cross-section. The connecting element between the two parts is cylindrical, gradually flattening from the bottom and ending in a teardrop. The rosette is round with a decorative inner ring. The entire piece is made of a metallic-colored material. In the industrial design variant shown in photograph, Fig. 2, the handle is L-shaped, the gripping portion is flattened and has an oval cross-section, and the handle portion is attached to a square rosette with a circular cross-section. The element connecting the two parts is in the form of a cylinder, gradually flattening from the bottom and ending in a teardrop. The rosette is square and has a decorative inner ring. The entire assembly is made of a metallic-colored material. In the variant of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, the handle is L-shaped. The gripping portion is flattened and has an oval cross-section, while the handle portion attached to the elongated backplate has a circular cross-section. The element connecting the two parts is in the form of a cylinder, gradually flattening from the bottom and ending in a teardrop. The backplate is elongated and rectangular, visibly thickened along its entire length in the middle. The entire assembly is made of a metallic-colored material.
