Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadze¬ nie do gazowania, a nastepnie spalania pa¬ liwa plynnego, np. olejów mineralnych, a w szczególnosci takie urzadzenie, w którem powietrze doprowadza sie wielokrotnie dzieki naturalnemu ciagowi do gazowanego wzglednie spalanego paliwa.Na rysunku przedstawiono przyklad wykonania urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku.Fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój pionowy urza¬ dzenia; fig. 2 — widok zgóry plyty gazu¬ jacej, a fig. 3 i 4 przedstawiaja przekrój o- raz widok zgóry innej postaci wykonania tejze plyty. Oprócz tego komora 1 posiada wznoszace sie w kierunku komorymieszania wewnetrzne sklepienie 13, kieru¬ jace mieszanine par oleju i powietrza do * kohaory ifties^ajikowef. Doprowadzanie wtórne powietrza zapobiega powstawaniu sadz i innych osadów z ogrzewajacej sie coraz bardziej wewnatrz komory mieszania 10 mieszanki pierwotnej podczas spalania sie jej na drodze do przyleglego paleniska 23.Sposób dzialania urzadzenia do gazo¬ wania, a nastepnie czesciowego spalania zgazowanego paliwa plynnego jest naste¬ pujacy. 1 i 2) powstaje we¬ wnatrz komory / zasobna w tlen mieszan¬ ka pierwotna ^gazowanego oleju. Przebieg ten powtarza sie stale podczas pracy urzadzenia. PL PLThe subject of the invention is a device for gasification and subsequent combustion of liquid fuel, e.g. mineral oils, and in particular such a device in which air is repeatedly supplied by natural draft to the gasified or combusted fuel. The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the device according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows a vertical cross-section of the device; Fig. 2 - top view of the gasifying plate, and Figs. 3 and 4 show a cross-section and a top view of another embodiment of this plate. The device for gasifying and then burning liquid fuel has, as shown in Fig. 1, a fuel gasifying chamber 1, to which liquid fuel is supplied, flowing through a tube 3 onto the gasifying plate 4. This plate, which can be easily heated from below, has a number of holes 6 in its bottom and side slots 7 and 8 (Figs. 1 and 2), which serve to supply air by natural draft to the chamber 1. Instead of holes 6, the gasifying plate 4 can have only one large slot 9 in its bottom, but in such a case only one side slot 8 is used. The fuel gasifying chamber 1 is separated from air supply channel 12, an annular wall 17, open on the side of the gasified fuel-air mixing chamber 10. In addition, chamber 1 has an internal vapour vapour ceiling 13 rising towards the mixing chamber, directing the oil and air vapour mixture to the oil chamber. In addition, air is supplied by natural draft via a channel 14 leading it above the chamber to the front part of the mixing chamber 10. In the air supply channel 12, a vault 15 is formed between the annular wall 17 and the outer wall of this channel, which together with the wall 17 forms an outlet 16 to the mixing chamber 10. In the wall 17, separating the chamber from the air supply channel 12, there is one or more inlet openings 18, which supply air directly from the outside above the gasifying plate 4. In the lower wall of the mixing chamber 10, channels 19, 20, 21 are made, which supply air by natural draft. The outlets of these channels are designed so that they give the supplied air the same direction as the primary mixture of gasified oil flowing from chamber 1 to mixing chamber 10. For this purpose, the channel outlets are provided with, for example, protruding projections 22. The secondary air supply prevents the formation of soot and other deposits from the primary mixture, which is increasingly heated inside the mixing chamber 10, during its combustion on its way to the adjacent furnace 23. The method of operation of the device for gasification and subsequent partial combustion of gasified liquid fuel is as follows. The air drawn in by natural draught through the supply channel 12 open at the bottom flows primarily into the chamber 1 open at the top and directly connected to the channel 12 and reaches above the gasifying plate 4, while a smaller part of the air drawn in by natural draught flows in through the opening 18 above the plate 4. From the liquid fuel, supplied dropwise through the pipe 3 or similar to the heated gasifying plate 4, and from the air drawn in by natural draught, sucked in vertically through the openings 6, or through only one slot 9, and through the side slot 8 (Figs. 3 and 4), as well as through the slots 7 and 8 (Figs. 1 and 2) An oxygen-rich primary mixture of carbonated oil is created inside the chamber. This mixture flows together with air supplied through channels 12 and 14 into the mixing chamber 10. In this chamber, the primary mixture is heated to a high temperature, partially combusted, and with the help of air drawn in by natural draft, supplied through channels 19, 20, 21, which are equipped with projections 22, it is finally and completely burned in the furnace 23. This process is repeated continuously during the operation of the device.
