Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych wyrobów oraz kompozycja kolorystyczna kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym w widoku perspektywicznym od czola na fig. 1 - fotel, fig. 2 - sofe dwuosobowa. Komplet mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma zewnetrzna powierzchnie czesci tapicerowanej o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla obiciowej skóry meblowej. Komplet zawiera fotel jako jednostke modulowa majacy prostopadloscienne podlokietniki z lekko odchylonymi na zewnatrz górnymi powierzchniami, na których nakladkowo osadzone sa plaskie poduchy bocznego oparcia, lukowo przechodzace do plaszczyzny tylnego oparcia, od której sa oddzielone wglebieniami i majace na powierzchni w czesci poziomej podwójne przeszycia, zas na czesci wzniosu, poziomy walcowy pasek - kieder. Na cokole osadzona jest poducha siedziska z walcowym wyprofilowaniem czesci czolowej wystajacej poza powierzchnie plyty cokolu, stykajaca sie tylna krawedzia z poducha tylnego oparcia, której czolowa powierzchnia jest pikowana dwupoziomowo. W czesci górnej, w srodku znajduja sie potrójnewglebienia trzypunktowego pikowania. Powierzchnia poduchy siedziska ma identyczne pikowanie, jak na powierzchni tylnego oparcia, z rozmieszczeniem podwójnych wglebien dwupunktowego pikowania w srodku, na odcinku od strony tylnego oparcia, zas potrójne wglebienia trzypunktowego pikowania znajduja sie na odcinku od strony czolowej poduchy siedziska, jak na fig. 1 materialu ilustracyjnego. Sofa dwuosobowa bedaca jedna ze skladowych kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci siedziska i tylnego oparcia. Poszczególne segmenty poduch siedziska i poduch tylnego oparcia oddzielone sa od siebie wglebieniami, jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of an armchair and a two-seater sofa. The essence of the ornamental design is the spatial shaping of the individual pieces and the color composition of the lounge furniture set. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a perspective view from the front in Fig. 1 (armchair), and Fig. 2 (two-seater sofa). The lounge furniture set, as represented by the ornamental design, has an outer surface of the upholstered portion in the color and texture characteristic of upholstery leather. The set includes a modular armchair unit with rectangular armrests with slightly outward-curved upper surfaces, overlaid with flat side backrest cushions, arcing into the plane of the rear backrest, from which they are separated by recesses. The horizontal section features double stitching, while the raised section features a horizontal cylindrical strip—a runner. A seat cushion sits on the plinth, with a cylindrical profile at the front, extending beyond the plinth board. Its rear edge meets the rear backrest cushion, whose front surface is quilted in two levels. The upper section, in the center, features triple recesses for three-point quilting. The seat cushion surface has identical quilting to the rear backrest surface, with double recesses of the two-point quilting in the center, on the rear backrest side, while triple recesses of the three-point quilting are located on the front side of the seat cushion, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material. The two-seater sofa, which is one of the components of the lounge furniture set, has a seat and backrest width approximately twice the width of the seat and backrest. The individual segments of the seat cushions and backrest cushions are separated by recesses, as shown in Fig. 2 of the illustrative material.
