Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. barwna odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiana przedstawione zostaly w widoku z przodu. Pod dachem szopki, centralnie widoczne sa: postac Józefa, który stoi nad trzymajaca na rekach Jezusa - Maryja, — element wykonany jest zasadniczo w kolorze przecieranego starego zlota, przy czym gwiazda oraz dól szopki sa w kolorze srebrnym. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustration Fig. 1, while Fig. 2 presents its next form, i.e. a colored variant of the industrial design, with both the design and its variant being presented from the front. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration Fig. 1 - the decoration - is that: - it essentially constitutes a convex element imitating the shape of a Christmas nativity scene, topped with a star. Under the roof of the nativity scene, centrally visible are the figure of Joseph standing over Mary, who holds Jesus in her arms. The spatial form of the design is being submitted for protection, without any color designation. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2—a colorful decoration—is that: — it is essentially a convex element imitating the shape of a Christmas nativity scene, topped with a star. Under the roof of the nativity scene, centrally visible are the figure of Joseph standing over Mary, who holds Jesus in her arms; — the element is generally made in the color of rubbed old gold, with the star and the bottom of the nativity scene being silver.
