Metalowa sztacheta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest metalowa sztacheta profilowana przeznaczona do wypelnienia przesel ogrodzen zarówno metalowych jak i betonowych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia metalowa sztachete w widoku z przodu a fig. 1.1 sztachete w widoku z boku ukazujacym trapezowy profil z owalnym rowkiem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego profilowanej sztachety metalowej sa nastepujace: 1. sztacheta ma postac prostokatnej listwy o prostych krawedziach, 2. sztacheta w czesci srodkowej, na calej dlugosci, ma jedno profilowe przetloczenie trapezowe z owalnym rowkiem, 3. dluzsze krawedzie metalowej sztachety sa wywiniete do wewnatrz tak, ze pomiedzy plaszczyzna wywiniecia a plaszczyzna sztachety pozostaje wolna przestrzen.Fig.1 Fig. 1.1 PL PLMetal Railing. The industrial design is for a profiled metal railing intended to fill the spans of both metal and concrete fences. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the metal railing from the front, and Fig. 1.1 shows the railing from the side, showing a trapezoidal profile with an oval groove. The essential features of the industrial design for the profiled metal railing are as follows: 1. The railing is in the form of a rectangular strip with straight edges; 2. The railing has a single trapezoidal embossment with an oval groove in its central section along its entire length; 3.
