UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji gdzie na fig. 1 - pokazano uchwyt w widoku ogólnym od strony zewnetrznej, na fig.2 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the characteristic decorative and functional effects, composition, shape, color combination, and connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a general view from the outside, and Fig. 2 shows the handle in a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that it is a closed profile with a rectangular cross-section and in a side view has the shape of a channel divided into three elements: a body and two feet, which are visually separated from each other, while the line of the outer edges and the outer planes of the body are straight, the edges of the feet are two straight lines broken semicircularly at right angles, the lateral planes of the feet are straight and the front planes of the feet break semicircularly at right angles, in the places where the body and feet join, the thickness of the feet and the body is the same, the lines of the inner and outer edges run parallel, breaking semicircularly with the planes, the edges themselves The handles - except for the edges of the feet in contact with the ground - are rounded, and the feet of the handle have wedge-shaped reinforcements on their inner surfaces, and centrally placed round sleeves inside the profile, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2.
