Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji gdzie na fig. 1 - pokazano uchwyt w widoku ogólnym od strony zewnetrznej, na fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's unique form, manifesting itself in distinctive artistic effects resulting from the distinctive decorative and functional effects, the composition of the handle's shape, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a general view from the outside, and Fig. 2 shows the handle in a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle is characterized in that in a side view it is an arched spatial solid being a composition of rectangular plates connected by their shorter sides into a profiled flat bar convex in relation to the longitudinal axis constituting a body terminated with feet which are plates with rounded outer corners provided at the bottom with profiles with a rectangular horizontal cross-section and a trapezoidal vertical cross-section, provided with sleeves, wherein the body and the feet plates2 have rounded outer edges, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
