Abstract

The suspended ceiling includes insulation plates which have a weight of about less than 6 kg per square metre whilst the adjacent support rails (2) are arranged at distances of preferably 1800 and 1875 mm between each other. The hangers (9) are mounted on a support rail (2), cross rail (3) and/or intermediate rail (4) at a distance from each other of 1200 mm. The hangers can be adjustable in length. The insulation plates are made from mineral fibres bonded by binders.
