Kompakt Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 6.10.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kompakt stanowiacy element wyposazenia lazienek i innych pomieszczen sanitarnych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej przedmiotowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kompakt z pionowym króccem odplywowym w widoku od czola, a fig.2 w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.3 przedstawia zarys kompaktu z poziomym króccem odplywowym w widoku z boku, a fig.4 przedstawia zarys kompaktu w widoku z góry, zas fig. 5 przedstawia zarys odmiany miski ustepowej w widoku z boku, fig.6 w widoku od czola, a fig.7 w widoku z góry, a fig.8,fig.9 i fig. 10,odpowiednio z króccem poziomym.Kompakt zilustrowany na fig. 1,fig.2,fig.3 i fig.4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze obrys zewnetrzny misy ma ksztalt owalnie wyprofilowanej czaszy posiadajacej na tylnej, górnej powierzchni poprzecznie usytuowane wglebienie zanikajace w poblizu srodka czesci bocznych misy, przy czym wglebienie posiada wzdluznie usytuowane wreby. Podstawa w widoku od czola ma zarys pobocznicy stozka scietego o owalnej podstawie przechodzacego lagodnie w plaskie powierzchnie boczne, które wzdluznym uskokiem lacza sie ze scianka o nieregularnej powierzchni maskujaca króciec odplywowy, która to scianka ciagnaca sie od odsadzenia przy podstawie ma w górnej czesci waskie wsporniki laczace z obrzezem tylnej pólki. Zbiornik na wode ma w zasadzie plaskie scianki o wyokraglonych krawedziach zbieznych w dolnej czesci. Odmiana kompaktu , jako samodzielna miska ustepowa zilustrowana na fig.5, fig.6, fig.7 oraz na fig.8, fig.9 i fig. 10 wyprofilowana jest odpowiednio do miski ustepowej kompaktu. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the object a new and original appearance. The subject of the decorative pattern is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a compact toilet with a vertical outlet connector in a front view, and Fig. 2 in a side view, while Fig. 3 shows the outline of a compact toilet with a horizontal outlet connector in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the outline of the compact toilet in a top view, while Fig. 5 shows the outline of a toilet bowl variant in a side view, Fig. 6 in a front view, and Fig. 7 in a top view, and Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, respectively, with a horizontal connector. The compact toilet illustrated in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is characterized in that the outer outline of the bowl has the shape of an oval-shaped bowl having on its rear, upper surface a transversely located recess that disappears near the center of the side parts. The compact toilet version, as a stand-alone toilet bowl, illustrated in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10, is profiled to match the compact toilet bowl.
