Krzeslo amfiteatralne skladane Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo amfiteatralne skladane. Istotne cechy krzesla zawarte sa w wygladzie i ksztalcie przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2, fig. 2.1, fig. 2.2, fig. 3.1, fig. 3.2, fig. 4.1, fig. 4.2 i na ilustracji zbiorczej zlozonej z fig.5 do fig. 12. Krzeslo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze po bokach posiada dwie rurki odgiete do tylu od wysokosci siedzenia do góry, polaczone u góry dwoma metalowymi profilami. W górnej czesci sa przymocowane do rurek trzy drewniane, poprzeczne listwy prostopadloscienne, tworzace oparcie. Przy kazdej z rurek, ponizej jej przegiecia jest zamocowany wspornik zakonczony z przodu zawiasem obrotu siedzenia. Siedzenie jest utworzone z ramy zawierajacej rurke w ksztalcie litery U, której otwarte konce sa z tylu siedzenia polaczone palakiem przeciwwagi z dolaczona blacha. Na tej ramie przymocowane jest piec prostopadlosciennych listew drewnianych stanowiacych siedzenie i odzwierciedlajacych zewnetrzny ksztalt rurkowej ramki siedzenia. Po samoczynnym podniesieniu sie siedzenia pod ciezarem przeciwwagi, na dolnej powierzchni jednej z listew widoczny zestaw cyfr. okreslajacy numer siedzenia, jak pokazano na ilustracjach fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2, fig. 2.1, fig. 2.2, fig. 3.1, fig. 3.2, fig. 4.1, fig. 4.2. Wzór przemyslowy posiada 4 odmiany. W pierwszej i w trzeciej odmianie krzesla, prostopadloscienne listwy drewniane sa wyprofilowane w srodkowej czesci na powierzchni górnej siedzenia i przedniej oparcia, w postaci ergonomicznego wglebienia, jak pokazano na ilustracjach fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2, fig. 3.1 i fig. 3.2, oraz fig. 5, fig.6, fig. 9 i fig. 10. W drugiej i w czwartej odmianie krzesla, prostopadloscienne listwy drewniane maja jednakowy przekrój na calej swej dlugosci, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 2.1, fig. 2.2, fig. 4.1 fig. 4.2 oraz fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 1 1 i fig. 12. Po bokach krzesla dwie rurki odgiete do tylu od wysokosci siedzenia do góry. W górnej czesci przymocowane do rurek trzy poprzeczne listwy prostopadloscienne tworzace oparcie. Przy kazdej z rurek, ponizej jej przegiecia jest zamocowany wspornik zakonczony z przodu zawiasem obrotu siedzenia. Siedzenie jest utworzone z ramy zawierajacej rurke w ksztalcie litery U, której otwarte konce sa z tylu siedzenia polaczone palakiem przeciwwagi z dolaczona blacha. Na tej ramie przymocowane jest piec prostopadlosciennych listew drewnianych stanowiacych siedzenie i odzwierciedlajacych zewnetrzny ksztalt rurkowej ramki siedzenia. The chair's essential features are contained in the appearance and shape of the industrial design. The industrial design is shown in illustrations: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2.1, Fig. 2.2, Fig. 3.1, Fig. 3.2, Fig. 4.1, Fig. 4.2, and in the collective illustration of Fig. 5 to Fig. 12. The chair is characterized by two tubes on the sides, bent backward from seat height upward, connected at the top by two metal profiles. Three transverse wooden cuboid slats are attached to the tubes at the top, forming a backrest. A support is attached to each tube, below its bend, and at the front, it terminates with a seat pivot hinge. The seat consists of a frame containing a U-shaped tube, the open ends of which are connected at the rear of the seat by a counterweight bracket with attached sheet metal. Five rectangular wooden slats are attached to this frame, constituting the seat and mirroring the external shape of the tubular seat frame. After the seat automatically raises under the weight of the counterweight, a set of numbers identifying the seat number becomes visible on the lower surface of one of the slats, as shown in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2.1, Fig. 2.2, Fig. 3.1, Fig. 3.2, Fig. 4.1, and Fig. 4.2. The industrial design has four variations. In the first and third variants of the chair, the rectangular wooden strips are profiled in the central part on the upper surface of the seat and the front of the backrest, in the form of an ergonomic recess, as shown in the illustrations fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2, fig. 3.1 and fig. 3.2, and fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 9 and fig. 10. In the second and fourth variants of the chair, the rectangular wooden strips have the same cross-section along their entire length, as shown in the illustrations fig. 2.1, fig. 2.2, fig. 4.1 fig. 4.2 and fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 1 1 and fig. 12. In the first and fourth variants of the chair, the lower ends of the tubes are closed with a horizontal flat bar enabling the chair to be attached to a horizontal surface, as shown in the illustrations fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2, fig. 4.1, fig. 4.2 and fig. 5 and fig. 6, fig. 11 and fig. 12. In the second and third variants of the chair, on the lower section of each tube, an L-shaped profile is attached at the back, enabling the chair to be attached to a vertical surface, as shown in fig. 2.1, fig. 2.2, fig. 3.1, fig. 3.2, and fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9 and fig. 10.2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. On the sides of the chair there are two tubes bent backwards from the seat height upwards. In the upper part there are three transverse cuboid slats attached to the tubes, forming the backrest. A support is attached to each tube, below its inflection, terminating in a pivot hinge at the front. The seat is formed by a frame containing a U-shaped tube, the open ends of which are connected at the rear of the seat by a counterweight bracket with an attached sheet metal.
