Plansza Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 04.11.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest plansza reklamowa. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac plansz}' reklamowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie planszy i zestawie kompozycji zdobniczej faktury jej plaszczyzny. Plansza wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt pionowo usytuowanego prostokata z wycieta w nim centralnie litera „X" stanowiaca okienko dla wybranego elementu naturalnego krajobrazu. Faktura calej plaszczyzny prostokata wokól litery „X" jest powtarzajaca sie kompozycja z ulozonych owoców , ja k przedstawiono na fig. 1. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of advertising board, manifested in the shape of the board and the set of decorative compositions and textures of its surface. According to the ornamental design, the board has the shape of a vertically positioned rectangle with the letter "X" cut out centrally, constituting a window for a selected element of the natural landscape. The texture of the entire surface of the rectangle around the letter "X" is a repeating composition of arranged fruit, as shown in Figure 1. PL PL PL
