Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 04.11.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik do plynów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych wydrukach, na których fig. 1 uwidacznia widok pojemnika z przodu z prawym bokiem, fig 2 uwidacznia widok pojemnika z tylu z lewym bokiem. Pojemnik bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 - 2, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu posiadajacego na górnej plaszczyznie otwór obudowany nakretka o ksztalcie splaszczonego walca (I), który usytuowany jest przy wezszym boku pojemnika (2). na którym w jego srodkowej czesci umieszczona jest centralnie wypukla litera (3) zajmujaca okolo 1/4 powierzchni tego boku (2), co przedstawiono na fig. 1. Na przeciwleglym boku pojemnika (4) umieszczonajest w górnej jego czesci centralnie wypukla litera „X" (5) co uwidoczniono na fig. 2. Wiekszy prawy bok pojemnika (6) posiada w swej dolnej czesci powierzchni centralnie usytuowana wypukla duza litere „X" (7) jak równiez cztery wglebienia o ksztalcie owalnym zlokalizowane jedno nad drugim (8) co uwidoczniona na fig. 1, a na lewym boku pojemnika (9) w srodkowej jego czesci z lewej strony umieszczono duza wypukla litere „X" (10) a z jej prawej strony znajduje sie jedno owalne wglebienie Ql), c 0 przedstawiono na fig 2. Odmiane pojemnika przedstawionego na fig. 1 - 2 stanowi pojemnik którego cala powierzchnia pokryta jest faktura o powtarzajacej sie kompozycji z ulozonych owoców co przedstawiono na fig. 3-4 . Odmiane pojemnika pokrytego analogiczna faktura o powtarzajacej sie kompozycji ulozonych owoców, jak na fig. 3- 4 stanowi pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 5-6 , który ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu zwienczonego nieregularnym stozkiem (12), zakonczonym otworem obudowanym nakretka o ksztalcie splaszczonego walca (1) co uwidoczniona na fig. 5. Na swych wezszych bokach (2 i 4) usytuowane sa w górnej czesci centralnie duze wypukle litery „X" (3 i 5) zajmujace okolo 1/4 powierzchni boku, co uwidoczniono fig. 5 i 6. Prawy bok pojemnika (6) patrzac od wezszego boku znajdujacego sie pod ostrym zakonczeniem stozka (13), posiada w swej dolnej czesci centralnie usytuowana wypukla duza litere „X" (7), a nad nia z lewej strony zlokalizowane sa jedno nad drugim cztery owalne wglebienia (8) co uwidoczniono na fig. 5 ., a na lewym boku pojemnika (9) w jego srodkowej czesci z lewej strony umieszczona jest duza wypukla litera , r X" (10), a z jej prawej strony znajduje sie jedno owalne wglebienie (11), co przedstawiono na fig.6. The container, which is the subject of the design shown in Figs. 1-2, has the shape of a cuboid with an opening on its upper surface, enclosed by a cap in the shape of a flattened cylinder (I), which is located on the container's narrower side (2). on which in its central part there is a centrally convex letter (3) occupying about 1/4 of the surface of this side (2), as shown in Fig. 1. On the opposite side of the container (4) there is a centrally convex letter "X" (5) placed in its upper part, as shown in Fig. 2. The larger right side of the container (6) has in its lower part a centrally located convex large letter "X" (7) as well as four oval-shaped recesses located one above the other (8), as shown in Fig. 1, and on the left side of the container (9) in its central part on the left side there is a large convex letter "X" (10) and on its right side there is one oval recess Q1), c 0, as shown in Fig. 2. A variant of the container shown in Figs. 1 - 2 is a container whose entire surface is the surface is covered with a texture with a repeating composition of arranged fruits as shown in Fig. 3-4. The right side of the container (6), viewed from the narrower side located under the sharp tip of the cone (13), has in its lower part a centrally located large convex letter "X" (7), and above it on the left side there are four oval recesses (8) as shown in Fig. 5, and on the left side of the container (9), in its central part on the left side, there is a large convex letter "r X" (10), and on its right side there is one oval recess (11), as shown in Fig. 6.
