Pojemnik na rosliny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na rosliny ozdobne zarówno zywe, jak i suszone, a takze inne elementy ozdobne, a zwlaszcza kwiaty ciete. Pojemnik na rosliny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowym rozwiazaniem charakteryzujacym sie oryginalnym ksztaltem bedacym rezultatem swoistego ksztaltu poszczególnych elementów skladowych wykonanych z tworzywa sztucznego, metalu i kamienia naturalnego i tworzacych wyjatkowy uklad linii i konturów, a nadajacych calemu wyrobowi estetyczny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Pojemnik sklada sie z plaskiej plyty kamiennej z otworem w czesci srodkowej, pod którym przytwierdzony jest trwale pojemnik o poprzecznym wymiarze znacznie wiekszym w stosunku do jego wysokosci. We wnetrzu pojemnika, do jego dna w czesci srodkowej, a jednoczesnie pod otworem w plycie kamiennej, przytwierdzony jest trwale element mocujacy konceroslin ozdobnych majacy postac plytki zawierajacej szereg blisko siebie, pionowo i równolegle polozonych precików. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na ilustracji, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok z góry czesci srodkowej pojemnika, fig. 2 widok pojemnika od spodu, fig. 3 widok z boku, fig. 4 widok elementu mocujacego konce roslin, a fig. 5 powiekszony widok elementu mocujacego konce roslin. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze plyta kamienna ma w czesci srodkowej otwór, pod którym przytwierdzony jest trwale pojemnik o poprzecznym wymiarze znacznie wiekszym w stosunku do jego wysokosci, przy czym w jego wnetrzu, do jego dna w czesci srodkowej, pod otworem w plycie kamiennej, przytwierdzony jest trwale element mocujacy konce roslin ozdobnych, majacy postac plytki zawierajacej szereg blisko siebie, pionowo i równolegle polozonych precików. - 1 -F ig. 1 F ig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5 PL PLThe industrial design covers a container for ornamental plants, both fresh and dried, as well as other decorative elements, particularly cut flowers. The plant container, based on the industrial design, is a new solution characterized by an original shape resulting from the unique shape of individual components made of plastic, metal, and natural stone, creating a unique arrangement of lines and contours, giving the entire product an aesthetic and unique appearance. The container consists of a flat stone slab with an opening in the center, beneath which a container is permanently attached, its cross-section significantly larger in proportion to its height. Inside the container, at its bottom in the center, and also underneath the opening in the stone slab, a permanent attachment element for the ornamental plants is secured. It takes the form of a plate containing a series of closely spaced, vertically and parallel rods. The industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a top view of the container's center section, Fig. 2 shows the container from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows a side view, Fig. 4 shows the attachment element for the plant ends, and Fig. 5 shows an enlarged view of the attachment element for the plant ends. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the stone slab has an opening in its central part, under which a container is permanently attached, the cross-section of which is significantly larger than its height.
