Kanapa. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kanapy przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji. Kanapa posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, na oparciu tylnym znajduja sie ozdobne poduchy. Oparcia boczne wystaja ponad siedzisko, a do nich przylegaja ozdobne podluzne poduchy przypominajace ksztaltem trójkat prostokatny o zaokraglonym jednym boku. Oparcia boczne, oskrzynia oraz poduchy na oparciach bocznych posiadaja ozdobne wstawki o kontrastowym w stosunku do reszty wzoru kolorze. PL PLSofa. The subject of the industrial design is a sofa. The essence of the design is a new form of the sofa, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. The sofa has the following essential features of an industrial design: the backrest features decorative cushions. The side backrests protrude above the seat, and are joined by decorative elongated cushions resembling a right-angled triangle with one rounded side. The side backrests, frame, and cushions on the side backrests feature decorative inserts in a contrasting color to the rest of the design.
