- 1 - Wiezyczka kotwiaca Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wiezyczki kotwiacej uzywanej w górnictwie do zabezpieczania wyrobisk kopalnianych i tunelowych poprzez zastosowanie obudowy kotwiowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wiezyczki kotwiacej dotyczaca jej ksztaltu i budowy i przeznaczona jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny wiezyczki kotwiacej z jednej strony, fig. 2 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny wiezyczki kotwiacej z drugiej strony, fig. Wózki wiertarki 5 i dokretaka 6 wyposazone sa w regulowane, wymienne slizgi 11 umozliwiajace kasacje luzów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of anchor tower regarding its shape and construction, and is intended to be reproduced in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the anchor tower from one side, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the anchor tower from the other side, Fig. 3 shows a view of part of the anchor tower from the side of the goblet head, and Fig. 4 shows a view of part of the anchor tower from the side of the feed cylinder. The subject of the industrial design is an anchoring turret containing a drill 1 and a screwdriver 2 - a device for installing anchors, which is slidably positioned along a guide frame 3, and an essential feature of the industrial design is that the guide frame 3 is equipped with replaceable sliding guides 4 with a closed profile. The feed of the drill 1 and the screwdriver 2 is achieved by means of drill carriages 5 and screwdriver 6 connected to a feed actuator 7 by means of steel ropes 1 of a set of pulleys 8 located on the guide frame 3.- 2 - The change of the work cycle between drilling and anchoring is achieved by means of a turret override actuator 9, connected to a ceiling strut 10 constituting the turret's center of rotation. The drill carriages 5 and screwdriver 6 are equipped with adjustable, replaceable slides 11 to eliminate play. The guide frame 3 is equipped with a glide head 12, which, thanks to the glue head override actuator 13, allows for the injection of adhesive charges without the need to reposition the guide frame 3 relative to the drilled hole. The glide head 12 is equipped with a retractable tube 17, through which the adhesive charges are introduced into the drilled hole. The turret has an anchor magazine 14, which also serves as the base for the turret's suspension, allowing for the installation of multiple anchors. The magazine 14 additionally performs the function of a feeder and transfers the anchors 2 to the grippers 15 through the movement of the rotary actuator 16 as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4.
