Klamka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka, w szczególnosci stosowana w budownictwie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie glównie w cechach ksztaltu klamki i jej ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których Fig. 1 oraz Fig.2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku „z góry" a Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku „z boku" Klamka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, co uwidoczniono na Fig.1, Fig.2 oraz Fig.4 ma uchwyt w ksztalcie podobnym do litery „L", o krótszym ramieniu zblizonym ksztaltem do stozka scietego, przy podstawie którego wykonano walcowy element sluzacy do mocowania klamki do szyldu drzwi lub do powierzchni drzwi. Jak uwidoczniono na Fig.3, stozek sciety krótszego ramienia klamki przechodzi lukowato w dluzsza czesc chwytna, o ksztalcie przypominajacym bryle obrotowa majaca przekrój poprzeczny podobny w ksztalcie do elipsy, przy czym ów przekrój poprzeczny jest nieco mniejszy z poczatku chwytnego ramienia klamki i wzrasta równomiernie w kierunku jego konca. Dluzsze, chwytne ramie klamki posiada lukowate zakonczenie. Jak pokazano na Fig.3, chwytne ramie klamki ma nadto przekrój osiowy o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, którego jeden z dluzszych boków jest lukowato odksztalcony, natomiast jeden z krótszych boków posiada wyrazne zaokraglenie.2 Widoczna w trakcie zwyklego uzytkowania powierzchnia zewnetrzna dluzszego, chwytnego ramienia klamki posiada charakterystyczny ornament w postaci trzech rowków, z których kazdy ma przy koncu ramienia charakterystyczne, lukowate zakonczenie, a co uwidoczniono na Fig.3. Cecha istotna i wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „L", którego krótsze ramie ma ksztalt przypominajacy stozek sciety przechodzacy lukowato w dluzsza czesc chwytna o ksztalcie przypominajacym bryle obrotowa, majaca przekrój poprzeczny podobny w ksztalcie do elipsy, przy czym ów przekrój poprzeczny jest nieco mniejszy z poczatku chwytnego ramienia klamki i wzrasta równomiernie, by w koncu ramienia ponownie ulec zmniejszeniu tworzac charakterystyczne pólokragle zakonczenie. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze widoczna w trakcie zwyklego uzytkowania powierzchnia zewnetrzna dluzszego, chwytnego ramienia klamki, posiada ornament w postaci trzech rowków, z których kazdy ma przy koncu ramienia charakterystyczne, lukowate zakonczenie.- 3 - Fig. 1- 4 - F ig . 2- 5- Fig. 3- 6 - Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PL PLDoor Handle The subject of the industrial design is a door handle, particularly one used in construction. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the door handle, manifesting itself mainly in the features of the handle's shape and its ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in a "top" view, and Fig. 4 shows the industrial design in a "side" view. The door handle according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 4, has a handle similar to the letter "L," with a shorter arm similar in shape to a truncated cone, at the base of which is a cylindrical element used to attach the door handle to the door plate or door surface. As shown in Fig. 3, the truncated cone of the shorter handle arm arcs into the longer gripping portion, which has a shape resembling a solid of revolution with a cross-section similar to an ellipse, wherein this cross-section is slightly smaller at the beginning of the handle arm and increases uniformly towards its end. The longer, gripping handle arm has an arcuate ending. As shown in Fig. 3, the gripping arm of the handle has an axial cross-section in the shape of a rectangle, one of the longer sides of which is arc-shaped, while one of the shorter sides is clearly rounded.2 The outer surface of the longer gripping arm of the handle, visible during normal use, has a characteristic ornament in the form of three grooves, each of which has a characteristic arc-shaped ending at the end of the arm, as shown in Fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design is a handle in a shape similar to the letter "L", the shorter arm of which has a shape resembling a truncated cone, passing in an arc into the longer gripping part, which has a shape resembling a solid of revolution, with a cross-section similar to an ellipse, wherein this cross-section is slightly smaller at the beginning of the gripping arm of the handle and increases evenly, to be reduced again at the end of the arm, creating a characteristic semi-circular ending.
