Podstawka znicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka znicza i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 , fig. 1 a i fig. 1 b, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a i fig. 2b - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2 - przedstawiono podstawke i jej odmiane w widoku z góry, na ilustracji fig. 1 a i fig. 2b - przedstawiono wzór i odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym od strony naroznika podstawki, natomiast na ilustracji fig. 1 b i fig. 2a - przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, and Fig. 2b present another form of the industrial design, i.e. a variant of the industrial design. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the base and its variant from a top view, Fig. 1a and Fig. 2b show the design and its variant in a perspective view from the corner of the base, and Fig. 1b and Fig. 2a show the design and its variant in a perspective view from the side. List of industrial design variations: 1) grave candle base - fig. 1, fig. 1 a and fig. 1 b, 2) colored grave candle base - fig. 2, fig. 2a and fig. 2b. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 a and fig. 1 b - grave candle base - is that: - the lower outline of the base resembles a quadrangle, wherein - its corners are cut off, while the side walls are slightly wavy, so that as a result the central part of the side is highlighted; — a round opening is placed in the center, — the walls, above the lower edge, rise almost vertically upwards, creating a side surface resembling a plinth, after which they turn into a horizontal surface up to the central opening, wherein — the side surface of the base has a stepped structure created by its successive bends. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a colored grave candle base - is that:- 2 - — the lower outline of the base resembles a quadrangle, wherein — its corners are cut, while the side walls are slightly wavy, so that as a result the central part of the side is emphasized; — there is a round hole in the center, — the walls, above the lower edge, rise almost vertically upwards, creating a side surface resembling a plinth, and then turn into a horizontal surface up to the central hole, wherein — the side surface of the base has a stepped structure created by its successive bends; — the base is made in black with a gold rubbing.
