Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uchwyt przewodów zasilających kombajn górniczy.The subject of the invention is a holder for cables supplying a combine harvester.

Do zasilania kombajnu są dwa przewody, przewód elektryczny umieszczony w opończy z siatki stalowej zwany przewodem oponowym, oraz przewód wodny. Z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 115722 znany jest uchwyt przewodu oponowego zasilającego kombajn. Uchwyt ma dolną, zasadniczą płytę i obrotowo względem niej osadzoną na sworzniu górną płytę. Na obrotowej, górnej płycie są przyspawane dwie łukowe kierownice. Przewód oponowy jest za pomocą zacisków przymocowany do nieobrotowej, dolnej płyty, a następnie luźno biegnie pomiędzy łukowatymi prowadnicami na górnej, obrotowej płycie. Górna obrotowa płyta uchwytu jest linką połączona z wyłącznikiem bezpieczeństwa. W razie nadmiernego naciągnięcia przewodów kombajnowych górna płyta wraz z przewodami obraca się tak bardzo, że ściana kołek ustalający położenie górnej płyty względem dolnej, stałej płyty. Górna płyta wraz z przewodami dalej obracając się pociąga za sobą linkę połączoną z wyłącznikiem bezpieczeństwa. Zadziałanie tego wyłącznika powoduje zatrzymanie wszystkich urządzeń pracujących w wyrobisku górniczym.There are two wires to power the combine, an electric wire placed in a steel mesh sheet called a sheathed wire, and a water pipe. The top plate with the conductors continues to rotate and pulls the cord connected to the safety switch. Activation of this switch stops all devices operating in the mining excavation.

Uchwyt według wynalazku ma postać skrzynki utworzonej z dwóch równoległych płyt złączonych ze sobą dwiema łukowatymi prowadnicami, oraz dwoma łubkami. Uchwyt jest obrotowo osadzony w skrzynkowej konstrukcji kombajnu, przy czym jego położenie jest ustalone za pomocą kołka. Pomiędzy łubka'mi uchwytu w otworze jest zaciśnięty przewód oponowy. W łubku wykonany jest również drugi, luźny otwór, przez który jest przewleczony przewód wodny. Jeden z łubków połączony jest płaskownikiem ze stycznikiem wyłącznika bezpieczeństwa zamontowanego na skrzynkowej konstrukcji kombajnu.The handle according to the invention is in the form of a box made of two parallel plates joined together by two arcuate guides and two tabs. Uchwyt ma postać skrzynki utworzonej z dwóch równoległych płyt 1 złęczonych ze sobę dwiema łukowatymi prowadnicami 2. Do jednej z płyt 1, skrzynki jest przyspawana para złęczonych śrubami łubków 3. W łubkach 3 sę wykonane otwory, w jednym otworze jest zaciśnięty oponowy przewód 4, a przez drugi otwór luźno przewleczony jest wodny przewód 5. Uchwyt jest w osi 6 osadzony na sworzniach 7 w skrzynkowej konstrukcji 8 kombajnu. W otworach wykonanych w górnej płycie 1 uchwytu i w skrzynkowej konstrukcji 8 kombajnu tkwi kołek 9. Skrzynkowa konstrukcja uchwytu jest płaskownikiem 10 połęczona ze stycznikiem 11 wyłęcznika 12. Przewodami 4 i 5 przesyłana jest energia elektryczna oraz woda do urzędzeń pracujących w wyrobisku górniczym. Naciągnięcie oponowego przewodu 4, zaciśniętego pomiędzy łubkami 3, ponad dopuszczalną wartość powoduje ścięcie kołka 9 i obrót uchwytu wokół osi 6. Na skutek tego obrotu stycznik 11 kontaktuje się z elektrycznym wyłącznikiem 12 bezpieczeństwa, który wyłącza kombajn z ruchu.Electricity and water are sent through lines 4 and 5 to devices operating in the mining excavation.
