UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest metalowy uchwyt meblowy. Moze on byc stosowany zarówno do mebli pokojowych, kuchennych jak i systemowych. Jego ksztalt zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych do wniosku rysunku „Fig." 1 oraz fotografii „Fig." 2. Prezentowany uchwyt meblowy posiada dwa ramienia, których elementem laczacym jest „pierscien". Ramie uchwytu ma bardzo oryginalny ksztalt. Posiada dwie pary rozgalezien. Jedne z mich (mniejsze), sa wygiete na zewnetrz pod katem okolo 115 stopni. Druga z nich (wieksza) ma rozgalezienia pod katem okolo 135 stopni. Element zewnetrzny ramienia przypomina grot delikatnie zaoblony na jego zewnetrznych krawedziach. Kazde z ramion polaczone jest dwoma delikatnymi „stopkami" rozchodzacymi sie na zewnatrz. Srodek uchwytu stanowi „pierscien" na obwodzie którego wyfrezowane sa poprzeczne naciecia. Wewnatrz pierscienia wykonany jest okragly „gzyms", który nie tylko podkresla linie uchwytu jako calosci, ale nadaje mu wrazenie masywnosci. Wysokosc (wysokosc) owego „pierscienia" jest znacznie wyzsza niz ramion. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, wykonczeniu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. It can be used for living room furniture, kitchen furniture, and modular furniture. Its shape is shown in the attached drawing "Fig." 1 and photograph "Fig." 2. The presented furniture handle has two arms, the connecting element of which is a "ring." The handle arm has a very original shape. It has two pairs of branches. One of the arms (smaller) is bent outward at an angle of approximately 115 degrees. The other (larger) has branches at an angle of approximately 135 degrees. The outer element of the arm resembles a spearhead, gently rounded on its outer edges. Each arm is connected by two delicate "feet" extending outward. The center of the handle is a "ring" with transverse cuts milled around its circumference. Inside the ring, a round "cornice" is made, which not only highlights the lines of the handle as a whole, but also gives it a massive feel. The height of this "ring" is significantly higher than the arms. 1. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new, spatial shaping of the furniture handle, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, colors, and finish, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals.
