Stojak podpierajacy fotokomórke Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 13 czerwca 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stojak podpierajacy fotokomórke. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac stojaka podpierajacego fotokomórke przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, powierzchni i barwie. Stojak podpierajacy fotokomórke w pierwszej odmianie wzoru ma ksztalt dlugiego, plaskiego z przodu i zaokraglonego na bokach ksztaltownika. Ksztaltownik jest podzielony poziomo na dwie czesci, krótka czesc górna i dluga czesc dolna. Stojak ma na dole podstawke w ksztalcie lekko wypuklego pólpierscienia. Podstawka ma na srodku wglebienie w ksztalcie zamknietej litery "U". Na srodku przedniej powierzchni ksztaltownika przy jego dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie pólkolisty lekko wypukly element. Na górze ksztaltownik jest zaokraglony i w górnej czesci posiada skierowane ku przodowi pólkoliste wglebienie. Do wglebienia przylega wystajacy ku przodowi element o wypuklej pierscieniowej powierzchni bocznej, szerszej w czesci górnej i stopniowo zwezajacej sie ku dolowi, i plaskiej kolistej powierzchniprzedniej. Powierzchnia przednia ma na srodku element w ksztalcie kluczyka, a przy krawedzi obwodowej, nad kluczykiem, element w ksztalcie oka. Stojak podpie rajacy fotokomórke w drugiej odmianie wzoru ma ksztalt dlugiego, plaskiego z przodu i zaokraglonego na bokach ksztaltownika o plaskiej powierzchni górnej. Stojak ma na dole podstawke w ksztalcie lekko wypuklego pólpierscienia, która ma na srodku wglebienie w ksztalcie zamknietej litery "U". Na srodku przedniej powierzchni ksztaltownika przy jego dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie pólkolisty lekko wypukly element. Na powierzchni przedniej ksztaltownika, w jego czesci górnej i srodkowej znajduja sie poziome pasy polaczone ze soba wezszym pionowym paskiem. Na powierzchni tylnej ksztaltownik posiada kilka biegnacych wzdluznie zeberek oraz przymocowany do powierzchni tylnej kolisty element z wystajacymi czesciami o zróznicowanych ksztaltach. Stojak podpierajacy fotokomórke w trzeciej odmianie wzoru w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata o duzej dlugosci i malej szerokosci, zakonczonego na dolnym koncu podstawka o nieduzej grubosci i ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o lekko zaokraglonych bokach. Stojak ma na dole podstawke w ksztalcie lekko wypuklego pólpierscienia, a na srodku przedniej powierzchni przy swojej krawedzi dolnej pólkolisty lekko wystajacy element. Na powierzchni przedniej stojak ma w górnej czesci poziomy pas. Stojak ma plaska,zabkowana z tylu i z boku powierzchnie górna oraz na dole podstawke w ksztalcie lekko wypuklego pólpierscienia, która ma na srodku wglebienie w ksztalcie zamknietej litery "U" oraz zabkowana krawedz tylna. The essence of the design is a new form of the photocell support stand, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, surface, and color. Fig. 10. The photocell support stand in the first design variant is shaped like a long, flat-fronted section with rounded sides. The section is divided horizontally into two parts: a short upper section and a long lower section. The stand has a base at the bottom in the shape of a slightly convex half-ring. The base has a recess in the center in the shape of a closed "U." In the center of the front surface of the section, at its lower edge, is a slightly convex semicircular element. At the top, the section is rounded and has a forward-facing semicircular recess in its upper part. Adjacent to the recess is a forward-projecting element with a convex, annular side surface, wider at the top and gradually tapering downward, and a flat, circular front surface. The front surface has a key-shaped element in the center, and an eye-shaped element at the peripheral edge, above the key. The stand supporting the photocell in the second design variant is shaped like a long, flat-fronted section with rounded sides and a flat upper surface. The stand has a base at the bottom in the shape of a slightly convex half-ring, which has a recess in the center in the shape of a closed "U." In the center of the front surface of the section, at its lower edge, is a slightly convex semicircular element. On the front surface of the section, in its upper and middle parts, there are horizontal strips connected by a narrower vertical strip. On the rear surface, the section has several longitudinally running ribs and a circular element with protruding parts of various shapes attached to the rear surface. The photocell support stand in the third design variant, viewed from the front, has a long, narrow rectangular shape, terminating at the lower end in a thin, trapezoidal-shaped base with slightly rounded sides. The stand has a central semicircular element at its lower edge and two horizontal rectangular stripes on its front surface, one at the top and the other in the center of the stand. The photocell support stand in the fourth design variant, viewed from the front, has a semicircularly rounded upper section, which then merges into the two parallel side edges of the stand. The semicircular upper section contains a circular element, inside which is a second circular element of smaller diameter, located closer to the lower edge of the outer circular element than to its upper edge. The circular inner element features a central key-shaped element with a round head and a rectangular, rounded lower leg. Above the key and near the circumference of the smaller circle, an eye-shaped element bearing a stylized inscription is located. Below the outer circular element, on the front surface of the stand, is a rectangular element, perpendicular to the side edges of the stand. The stand supporting the photocell in the fifth design variant is shaped like a long, flat-top section, rounded at the front and flat at the back. The stand has a base in the shape of a slightly convex half-ring at the bottom, and a slightly protruding semicircular element in the center of the front surface at its lower edge. The stand has a horizontal strip at the top. The photocell support stand in the sixth design takes the form of a long, flattened section, rounded on the sides, and flat on the back. The stand has a flat top surface, serrated on the back and sides, and a base at the bottom in the shape of a slightly convex half-ring, which has a closed "U"-shaped recess in the center and a serrated rear edge. A semicircular protrusion is located in the center of the stand's front surface near its lower edge. The stand has a horizontal stripe on its top front surface.
