The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the card's word, graphic, and color layout. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, where Figure 1 shows the obverse of the city card, and Figure 2 the reverse. The city card, as designed, is rectangular with rounded corners. The background of both the obverse and reverse sides is gray, with the central portion of the card's obverse featuring a line made of thin, diagonal white lines, several of which are longer, parallel to its longer sides. The upper left corner of the card's obverse features the inscription "URBAN CARD" in black font with varying letter thicknesses, and the upper right corner features the inscription "WROCLAWSKA KARTA MIEJSKA" (WROCLAW CITY CARD). The central part of the card's obverse features a graphic element composed of three blue, yellow, and red circles with a white border, arranged along a line parallel to the card's longer sides. The blue and yellow circles are connected by two parallel white lines terminating in an arrow. In the lower left corner of the card's obverse, there's a vertically oriented rectangular field for the cardholder's photo, to the right of which is a space for entering the cardholder's name and surname. The background of the card's reverse, in its upper part, depicts a white and gray cityscape.
