Celem wzoru przemyslowego jest opracowanie podajnika z elementem podtrzymujacym, do dozowania dodatków do napojów, mocowanego rozlacznie na dowolnym kubku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest lekka i azurowa forma przestrzenna podajnika, zawierajaca uchwyt, którego jedno ramie zakonczone jest wygietym króccem, pozwalajacym na obrotowe przemieszczanie elementu podpierajacego, oraz proste i szybkie rozlaczenie podajnika z kubkiem. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w lekkim i azurowym ksztalcie, zapewniajacym rozlaczne mocowanie podajnika do kubka. Podajnik 1 wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera profilowany element podpierajacy 3, w widoku z góry w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery, „U", który stanowia dwa ramiona 3a i 3b polaczone lukiem w czesci czolowej, natomiast w tylnej czesci kazde z ramion przechodzi w lukowato wygieta forme 3c i 3d, przy czym lukowate wygiecie czesci ramion 3c i 3d skierowane sa ku górze. Zastosowanie podajnika 1, z rozlacznym zamocowaniem na uchu 7 kubka 8 powoduje, ze unikamy np. kontaktu z rozgrzanym podajnikiem 1, w trakcie palenia na nim kostek cukru, podczas ceremonii picia grzanca, co oznacza, ze na moment picia napoju zdejmujemy podajnik 1 . Podajnik 1 pozwala tez na higieniczny i wygodny sposób jego uzycia, ze wzgledu na jego rozlacznosc z kubkiem, oraz nadaje jemu lepsza funkcjonalnosc w praktycznym uzytkowaniu. Jednak cecha najwazniejsza podajnika 1 sa jego oryginalna i azurowa forma, male gabaryty, co nadaje mu atrakcyjnosc i lekkosc formy. Podajnik 1 z elementem podtrzymujacym 3 nie jest na stale mocowany do kubka 8. Uchwyt 5 wykonany jest z materialu o sprezystych wlasciwosciach. The subject of the industrial design is a dispenser located in the cup opening area and releasably attached to the cup. It is known from the Polish utility model W 118457, a dispenser in the form of a three-dimensional product containing a support element and a handle. It is intended for serving beverages with various types of dispensed additives placed on the dispenser. Such a dispenser can hold sugar (for example, cubes), tea, lemon, or any other ingredients dispensed into beverages, especially hot beverages. The dispenser is particularly useful in the catering industry for serving various types of beverages with additives. A spoon-shaped dispenser attached to drinking vessels is also known from the Polish utility model W 94842. Dispensers with a pivotally mounted, movable support element in the cup opening area, permanently attached to the cup, are known. An example of such solutions is a cup with a permanently movable, pivotally mounted support element, presented in Polish patent application P 380294 and German patent application DE 20 2006 003 545 Ul. The support elements presented therein are permanently attached to cups using a pin embedded in the upper part of the cup's handle. A disadvantage of the presented dispensers is the inseparable attachment of the dispenser to the cup, which causes certain problems when drinking these beverages. The aim of the industrial design is to develop a dispenser with a support element for dispensing beverage additives, releasably mounted to any cup. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The essence of the industrial design is the lightweight, open-backed shape of the dispenser, which includes a handle with one arm terminated in a curved connector, allowing for rotational movement of the support element and simple and quick disconnection of the dispenser from the cup. The novelty and unique character of the industrial design is evident in the lightweight, open-backed shape, which allows for detachable attachment of the dispenser to the cup. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the dispenser in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the dispenser from above, Fig. 3 shows the dispenser from the back, and Fig. 4 shows the dispenser mounted on a cup. The feeder 1 according to the industrial design comprises a profiled support element 3, in a top view in a shape similar to the letter "U", which is made up of two arms 3a and 3b connected by an arc in the front part, while in the rear part each of the arms transforms into an arc-shaped form 3c and 3d, wherein the arc-shaped bend of the parts of the arms 3c and 3d is directed upwards. The ends of the arms 3e are connected to an obliquely arranged holder 5 of a shape similar to the letter "U", which also comprises two arms 5a and 5b made of a resilient material, where one arm 5b is terminated with a bent stub 9 directed inwards, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The feeder 1 is releasably mounted on the handle 7 of the cup 8 via the bent stub 9, and the support element 3 is located in the opening of the cup 8 and is rotatably moved therein via the holder 5, as shown in Fig. 4. It is advantageous, according to the design, that the feeder 1 with the support element 3 is not permanently attached to the cup 8. The use of the feeder 1 with the releasable mounting on the handle 7 of the cup 8, for example, prevents contact with the heated tray 1 when burning sugar cubes on it during a mulled wine ceremony. This means that the tray 1 is removed when drinking the beverage. Tray 1 also allows for hygienic and convenient use, as it is detachable from the mug, and provides improved functionality in practical use. However, the most important feature of tray 1 is its original, open-top shape and small size, which gives it an attractive and lightweight appearance. Tray 1, with its support element 3, is not permanently attached to the mug 8. The handle 5 is made of a material with elastic properties.
