Komplet stanowiacy gniazdo i wtyk Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet stanowiacy gniazdo i wtyk, które stosowane sa jako elementy polaczeniowe do mocowania - w szczególnosci do ramy konstrukcyjnej - czesci skladowych lub wyposazenia dodatkowego w wózkach dla dzieci i fotelikach dzieciecych. Przy czym jako elementy umieszczone na elementach rozlacznych wózka czy fotelika, bedace stale widoczne, zachowuja one cechy elementu dekoracyjnego. Poszczególne elementy kompletu przedstawione zostaly na ilustracjach. I tak, kolejno: na ilustracji fig. 1 , fig. 1 a, fig. 1 b - przedstawiono wtyk, w róznych widokach, natomiast na ilustracji fig. 2 i fig. 2a - przedstawiono gniazdo. The subject of the industrial design is a socket and plug set, which are used as connecting elements for attaching—in particular to the structural frame—components or additional equipment in strollers and child safety seats. As elements located on detachable parts of the stroller or seat, and constantly visible, they retain the characteristics of a decorative element. The individual elements of the set are shown in the illustrations. For example, Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b show the plug in various views, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a show the socket. List of elements of the set constituting the industrial design, along with variations: 1) plug - Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b; 2) socket - Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1 a and Fig. 1 b - a plug constituting an element of the set, is that it consists of: - an element whose shape resembles a plate, from which a horizontally arranged rectangular element protrudes centrally, on which a hole is visible in the centre; - below the rectangular element, at a slight distance from it, two different sized elements resembling triangles are visible protruding and arranged next to each other, the sides of which opposite the rectangular element are rounded; - above the rectangular element, at a slight distance from it, protruding, essentially rectangular elements are visible, distributed evenly along the entire remaining width of the rectangular element, where two of them, the edge ones and the adjacent ones, are cut diagonally into a semicircle and symmetrically with respect to each other. - 2 - An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - the socket, which is part of the set, is that it consists of: - an element that resembles a pocket, the shape of which is determined by concavities, which constitute guides and locks for the plug inserted into the socket, corresponding in shape - by analogy - to the protruding parts of the plug, the plug described above.
