Flakon Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon do przechowywania roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac flakonu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku flakon ma ksztalt wydluzonego, rozchylonego w górnej czesci kielicha z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, którego korpus spoczywa na niewysokiej podstawie i zaopatrzony jest na calym obwodzie w waskie wglebienia sasiadujace ze soba i tworzace w miejscu styku waska, zaokraglona krawedz, przy czym zakonczenia wglebien maja ksztalt- 2 - pólkola, a podstawa flakonu zaopatrzona jest na obwodzie w krótkie wglebienia o podobnym ksztalcie do wglebien wystepujacych w korpusie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Flakon ma ksztalt wydluzonego, rozchylonego w górnej czesci kielicha z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, którego korpus spoczywa na niewysokiej podstawie i zaopatrzony jest na calym obwodzie w waskie wglebienia sasiadujace ze soba i tworzace w miejscu styku waska, zaokraglona krawedz, przy czym zakonczenia wglebien maja ksztalt pólkola, a podstawa flakonu zaopatrzona jest na obwodzie w krótkie wglebienia o podobnym ksztalcie do wglebien wystepujacych w korpusie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the top. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has the shape of an elongated goblet, flared at the top, with an outwardly curled edge and a smooth, polished surface, the body of which rests on a low base and is provided with narrow recesses around its entire circumference, adjacent to each other and forming a narrow, rounded edge at the point of contact, the ends of the recesses having the shape of a semicircle, and the base of the bottle is provided with short recesses around its circumference of a similar shape to the recesses in the body. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle has the shape of an elongated goblet, flared at the top, with an outwardly turned edge and a smooth, polished surface, the body of which rests on a low base and is provided with narrow recesses around its entire circumference, adjacent to each other and forming a narrow, rounded edge at the point of contact, where the ends of the recesses are in the shape of a semicircle, and the base of the bottle is provided with short recesses around its circumference of a similar shape to the recesses in the body, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
