Nosnik reklamowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenny nosnik reklamowy, z naniesionym dowolna technika na jego zewnetrznej powierzchni, materialem reklamowym i/lub informacyjnym, przeznaczony do przesylki pocztowej w formie plaskiego listu. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia szablon bryly wzoru, fig. 2, fig. 3 - bryle wzoru, fig. 4 - plaska forme wzoru, Nosnik reklamowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiony na fig. 3, posiada ksztalt pobocznicy szescianu. Siatka geometryczna szablonu, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1, posiada szesc scianek. W skrajnych sciankach oraz na pierwszej, trzeciej i piatej krawedzi wyciete sa zaczepy na gumke. Skrajne scianki zagiete sa wzdluz krawedzi do wnetrza szescianu po jego przekatnej, a w zaczepach nalozona jest gumka, jak pokazano na fig. 2. Na powierzchni zewnetrznej nosnika jest naniesiony material reklamowy i/lub informacyjny, jak pokazano na fig.3. Nosnik do pozycji plaskiej, jak przedstawiono na fig. 4, uklada sie wzdluz plaszczyzny przekatnej napinajac gumke. Nosnik umieszcza sie w kopercie, która uniemozliwia zwolnienie napiecia gumki. Otworzenie koperty powoduje zwolnienie napiecia gumki i uformowanie sie szescianu. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja go sposród innych wzorów, jest ksztalt siatki geometrycznej szablonu bryly wzoru oraz krawedzi wzdluz których zagiety jest szablon i krawedzi wzdluz których laczone sa scianki w celu utworzenia bryly, oraz krawedzi zgodnie z -1 --2- którymi, bryla skladana jest do pozycji plaskiej, przy czym co najmniej dwie scianki posiadaja, zaczepy, na których napieta jest gumka, której zwolnienie napiecia powoduje uformowanie sie bryly.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4-4- Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3-7 - Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLAdvertising Medium. The subject of the industrial design is a three-dimensional advertising medium with advertising and/or information material applied to its outer surface using any technique, intended for postage in the form of a flat letter. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the design solid template, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 - the design solid, Fig. 4 - the flat form of the design. The advertising medium according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, has the shape of a cube. The geometric grid of the template, as shown in Fig. 1, has six faces. Elastic band hooks are cut out in the outer faces and on the first, third, and fifth edges. The outer walls are bent diagonally into the cube along its edges, and a rubber band is placed in the hooks, as shown in Figure 2. Advertising and/or informational material is printed on the outer surface of the carrier, as shown in Figure 3. The carrier is placed flat, as shown in Figure 4, along the diagonal plane, by applying tension to the rubber band. The carrier is placed in an envelope, which prevents the release of the rubber band tension. Opening the envelope releases the rubber band tension and forms the cube. The essential features of an industrial design that distinguish it from other designs are the shape of the geometric grid of the pattern block template and the edges along which the template is bent and the edges along which the walls are joined to form the block, and the edges in accordance with which the block is folded to a flat position, wherein at least two walls have hooks on which a rubber band is tensioned, the release of which causes the block to form.
