Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku są odrzwia obudowy chodnikowej, zwłaszcza dla pokładów tąpiących przeznaczone do wyrobisk górniczych. The subject of the invention is the support for the roadway support, especially for rock bursts, intended for mining workings.
W warunkach górniczych często występują zjawiska tąpnięcia w czasie którego następuje dynamiczne obciążenie odrzwi obudowy i najczęściej ich gwałtowny zsuw. Niewłaściwa konstrukcja obudowy i jej podporność, decydują o skutkach tąpnięcia. Niejednokrotnie dochodzi do całkowitego zaciśnięcia wyrobiska, bądź jego zniszczenia. In mining conditions, bump phenomena often occur, during which dynamic loading of the support arches takes place, and most often their rapid sliding. Improper housing design and its support determine the effects of a collapse. Often times, the excavation is completely clamped or destroyed.
The prevention of the phenomenon of bumps often consists in limiting its effects by developing a support structure that allows the rock mass to relax and slide the support frame enabling further use of the excavation. From the Polish patent specification No. 117 136 it is known to reinforce the section of the casing where a rock burst may occur by bracing the casing with steel ropes fixed to the arches with special locks. It is often used to thicken the door frame, made of stronger sections, and to install a larger number of stirrups of various types and in a different mounting arrangement.
These solutions are not always effective, and at the same time they are material-consuming, and the structures of additional securing elements, such as stirrups, clamps, and braces, are often labor-intensive and complicated.
Pomiędzy drugim odcinkiem, a elementem odrzwi powstaje powstaje klinowa przestrzeń, w którą podczas tąpnięcia wciskany jest pierwszy odcinek przylegający do elementu odrzwi. The aim of the invention is to develop support arches that allow for effective protection of support arches during collapse, easy to manufacture and use with the use of typical flexible arches. The set goal is achieved in the solution according to the invention, in which the essence lies in the fact that the door frames have advantageously arranged and built-in sections of trough sections of preferred lengths. One of the sections with the curvature corresponding to the frame element adjoins it directly, while the other section rests on one side on the frame element with the first section built into it, and the other end adjoins the built section at a favorable distance. Between the second section and the frame element, a wedge-shaped space is created, into which the first section adjacent to the support element is pressed during the collapse. The sections of the sections are built in such a way that after the slide is exhausted, the end of the arch element, e.g. a side wall, affects the built-up section and pushes it into the wedge space. During the collapse, the released kinetic energy is converted into the work necessary to move the built-up section into the wedge space. Additional sections of trough sections are attached to the arches with known stirrups.
Zabudowa nie nastręczaThe advantage of this solution is the use of typical flexible arches ensuring a slide in the joint during operation of the arches, depending on the distance of additional corridor sections from the ends of the arches' elements. The structure of the casing is very simple as additional sections are made of typical door frame elements. Buildings are not difficult
Difficulties because additional tray sections are securely attached to the built-in door frames. By adjusting the overlap distance of additional trough sections and the length of the second section, the size of the wedge space is determined, which determines the effectiveness of the anti-collapse phenomenon. An additional benefit is the reinforcement of the arch element of the door frame, e.g. a canopy, as long as additional sections will be built into the ceiling part. The simplicity of the solution allows its use in typical open and closed casings as well as in inversely bent casings, which decides whether additional sections are built on the inside or outside of the support frame.
Przedmiot wynalazku w przykładowym rozwiązaniu ujawniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia odrzwia z zabudowanymi odcinkami korytkowymi w stropnicy, a fig. 2 fragment tych odrzwi. Odcinki korytkowe mocowane są do odrzwi obudowy znanymi strzemionami 4.The subject of the invention in an exemplary solution is disclosed in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a door frame with built-in channel sections in the canopy, and Fig. 2 shows a fragment of these door frames. As shown in the drawing, typical flexible arches made of arched elements 1 were equipped in the roof part with two additional channel sections 2a, 2b fixed to the canopy with known stirrups. Sections 2a, 2b were built at a distance s from the ends of the curved wall elements allowing for a given slide in the joint. The section 2a has the same curvature as the canopy and is directly adjacent to it, and its length does not extend beyond the canopy axis. The second section 2b is supported with one end on the canopy 1, and the other end adjoins at a preferred distance a to the built-in section 2a and creates a wedge space 3 between the canopy 1 and the section 2b.
