Abstract

An electrical disconnecting unit, a socket-outlet - a plug having fixed socket contacts and fixed plug contacts, characterized in that it is provided with movable contacts (2) which close the current circuit formed by the fixed socket contacts (1), the movable contacts (2) and the fixed plug contacts (5) after actuation of the switching mechanism (3).

Description

The subject of the invention is a socket-plug assembly with increased current resistance, used to connect electric energy receivers to a three- or single-phase low voltage network.

Commonly used plug sockets have contacts equipped with a spring system ensuring pressure to the plug contacts while inserting the plug into the socket. The contacts of the socket are connected to the power supply circuit. By inserting the plug into the socket, we connect the electric circuit of the receiver with the power supply.

This design has many disadvantages, such as: the need for a switch upstream of the socket for many application cases; the need to use a lot of physical force to insert the plug into the socket for sockets with a high rated current, and frequent cases of burnout of contacts due to high transition resistance.

The solution of a plug integrated with a switch is also known, see utility model application PL No. W. 74 130 and a plug socket equipped with an additional contact that can serve as a test contact or a pressure element of the plug housing, see utility model Germany No. 7 721277. These devices, however, have a different construction and principle of operation.

The object of the invention is to obtain a socket outlet which eliminates the drawbacks of the solutions used today.

The socket according to the invention has fixed contacts and movable contacts. The permanent contacts in the socket connected to the electric installation are connected with this installation. Movable contacts connect the fixed contacts of the socket with the contacts of the plug in the closed state. In the off state, the movable contacts are not connected with the electrical installation supplying the socket.

The advantage of the invention is the possibility of obtaining a socket with a current and switching capacity comparable to the parameters of the contactors. It is possible to install thermal and electromagnetic releases.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic solution of a socket outlet, and Fig. 2 shows a plug.

The current circuit is made of the fixed contacts of the socket 1, the moving contacts of the socket 2 and the contacts of the plug 5. The moving contacts of the socket 2 close the electric circuit after pressing the button 3. The fixed contacts of the socket 1 and the moving contacts of the socket 2 are placed in the housing 4. The contacts of the plug 5 are placed in housing 6.
