Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw do zespalania złamań kości długich, zwłaszcza kości udowej.The subject of the invention is a set for the fixation of long bones, especially of the femur.

Znane z patentu USA nr 4 263 904 urządzenie do zespalania złamań kości stanowi sprężysta obejma w kształcie litery C, wyposażona na swej powierzchni wewnętrznej w przynajmniej trzy bolce stabilizujące. Na końcach obejmy znajdują się skrzydełka z otworami, umożliwiające umieszczanie jej w miejscu złamania za pomocą specjalnie skonstruowanego uchwytu. Obejmę nakłada się bezpośrednio na złamaną kość lub na umieszczoną na powierzchni złamanej kości płytkę metalową, zaopatrzoną w otwór przez który przechodzi środkowy bolec stabilizujący obejmy.The device for fixation of bone fractures known from US patent No. 4,263,904 is a C-shaped elastic clamp, provided on its inner surface with at least three stabilizing pins. Zestaw do zespalania złamań kości długich według wynalazku składa się z metalowej płytki oraz obejmy w kształcie litery C. Płytka jest po stronie zespalanej kości wyposażona w bolce stabilizujące ułożone parami, a po stronie zewnętrznej posiada stożkowate wgłębienia, przy czym ilość bolców i wgłębień jest uzależniona od długości płytki. Obejma składa się z dwóch ramion, których górne końce są zakończone w podstawie z nagwintowanym otworem na wkręt. Dolne końce ramion są po stronie wewnętrznej zaopatrzone w cztery bolce stabilizujące po dwa na każdym ramieniu.
